'Samuel Eto'o is 39, not 32' his baby mama Anna Barranca claims

Posted: 26 Feb 2014 01:19 PM PST

A week after Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho was secretly filmed saying he thinks Samuel Eto'o is older than his age, his ex Anna Barranca has spoken out saying Eto'o is way older than 32.
"The problem with Chelsea is I lack a scorer. I have Eto'o but he is 32 years old, maybe 35, who knows?' Mourinho said in a private conversation but it was secretly recorded and published on a sports website. It has since been taken down.
Now Eto'o's former lover, Anna Barranca, who is 43years old and has an 11year old daughter, Annie,  with the footballer said he's not 35, but 39 going on 40.

The Italian hairdresser (pictured above with her daughter) told The Sun UK today "I think Samuel is not 35 he is more 39. Samuel was born in 1974 and so that makes him 39 now.' She claims she was informed of Eto'o's true age when they were dating by a friend who grew up with Eto'o in Cameroon.

According to his passport, Eto'o was born in 1981. #Footballagethings :-)

Peter Okoye just released these photos on his instagram page. Says The Alingos cartoon series, which is centred around the singing brothers, will hit on our TV screens soon. Peter said they have been working on the project for five years. Find more photos and a press release after the cut...

Over the past few months, the multiple award-winning duo of Peter and Paul Okoye, famously known as P-Square, have relentlessly been working on a ground-breaking and unprecedented family-oriented animated series entitled "The Alingos." The project is an innovation from the stables of P-Classic Entertainment.
P-Classic entertainment is an entertainment company founded and controlled by the P-Square brothers and headed by Peter Okoye. The outfit is aimed at producing television contents, animation, discovering and grooming young musicians, and providing an array of entertainment to Nigeria, Africa and the world at large.
In their usual style of raising the bar in the entertainment scene, the duo is taking it a notch higher.  The Alingos was inspired by the need to create a unique content for children and fill the vacuum in the media sphere for this demographic. Adults would also find the animated series appealing. The Alingos will be the first high quality animated series from Nigeria to fit local television while intelligently crafted to serve international audience as well. It will initially run as a weekly web series and then on TV.
This family animated series is just one of many surprises the duo have stocked in their goody bags to revolutionise the entertainment industry. It's no news that P-Square has become synonymous with top class standards, reflective in the quality of their song-writing, dance and music videos.
To herald the launch of The Alingos, the brothers are releasing a teaser – an animated music video for their hit single 'Unlimited'. It is the first high quality animated video in Nigeria and by extension the whole of Africa. This animated music video is 100% Nigerian; no foreign inputs and is created in High Definition with superior picture and sound quality, as expected from the duo. The production quality compares to anywhere in the world.
The public and fans of P-Square will get to watch the 'Unlimited' animated video as well as The Alingos (when it hits the screens) by first downloading the P-Square app (P2) due for release next week.
The P-Square app is another novel and exceptional concept from the creative minds of the twin brothers, to connect and interact with their numerous fans and followers all around the world. Definitely, this app will transform the fan community and pioneer a new trend in the entertainment scene.
The app will contain an archive of exclusive pictures of P-Square, gallery of latest musical videos including all the videos from past albums, compilation of all P-Square's songs, behind-the-scene videos, awards and concerts videos, concert tickets, events and tour dates as well as their flagship project The Alingos series. The app also integrates popular social media networks – facebook, twitter, youtube etc. into one space and serves as a platform to bring P-Square closer to their fans.
Fans and the public will have endless access to all these materials and more awesome content from P-Square in the future by downloading the P-Square app for free on andriod, iOS and windows devices.
P-Square continues to be trailblazers in the music and entertainment scene in Nigeria and the whole of Africa.
What are you waiting for? Don't be left behind. Join in what's trending. Get set to download the P-Square app and watch the epoch-making music video that will keep people talking for years to come.

SA man launches contest for virgins, to reward them with R100,000

Posted: 26 Feb 2014 07:45 AM PST

29 year old Rabelani Ramali (pictured right), a community worker from rural Limpopo province in South African has launched a contest in the country where girls who are virgins at 35 and below would be rewarded with R100,000 or less plus medals; gold, silver or bronze, depending on their ages.

Rabelani who has fathered five children by four women out of wedlock, says he decided to come up with this idea to help checkmate the rate of unwanted pregnancies and HIV cases amongst south African women. He said his NGO, SA Virgin Girls Awards, which was registered in November 2013, is set to take on this task as he has recruited 31 volunteer workers who would help disburse forms among women in schools, market, churches and other places.
Rabelani said he has contacted local medical doctors who have agreed to help him carry out the virginity test on the girls who would come forward to get tested.

R100,000 would be given to virgins between the ages of 31 and 35, R50,000 for those aged 26 to 30 and R25000 for those aged 21 to 25. He expects donors to make the prize money available to the winning contestants.

Dear LIB readers: I'm not physically attracted to my man

Posted: 26 Feb 2014 05:08 AM PST

From a female LIB reader
I have been in a relationship with my man for about 18 months. When I first met him, I never thought anything would come off it. I typically brushed him aside and never gave him too much thought as he is very physically different than what I am usually attracted to in a man. With time, I slowly realized that his character and personality is everything I have ever hoped, dreamed and fantasized about. No kidding. I decided to give us a chance. It has been 18 months now and he has started talking about long term plans i.e getting married. The problem is, whenever I meet or come across anyone with the physical attributes I am attracted to, I start to second guess the whole relationship as I sometimes lust after people who possess these physical attributes. I really can't help it. I do not want to cheat on this man if we eventually get married but I fear this may happen. I really love this man but this is too confusing. Has anyone ever experienced this dilemma? How did you handle it? How much does physical appearance play in the long run (i.e after you are married)? Reasonable responses please.

Nigerian man who stabbed his wife while she slept jailed for 12 years

Posted: 25 Feb 2014 10:52 PM PST

A Nigerian businessman has been jailed for 12 years after he was found guilty of stabbing his wife as she slept in their home. Oluwabusayo Abegunde, 38, (pictured above) stabbed his wife repeatedly with a kitchen knife after he went through her phone and discovered she was seeing someone else.

Esther Abegunde, 33, told her husband of ten years that their marriage was over and moved into a spare room on February 16th 2013. Abegunde attacked her with the knife after he discovered why she wanted to leave him. Oluwabusayo stabbed Esther in the chest, arm, and punctured her left lung, according to the Manchester Evening News. Continue...

As Esther began to bleed to death Abegunde agreed to call an ambulance after making her promise she would tell police she had caused the wounds herself. To make it believable, he cut himself with the knife to make it look like he had also been attacked before emergency services arrived.

Esther survived the brutal attack and later told the police the truth. Abegunde, who has businesses in Nigeria and was a respected member of Manchester's Nigerian community was arrested and charged with attempted murder.

He was found not guilty of attempted murder at an earlier trial but the jury at Manchester crown court found him guilty of grievous bodily harm this week and he was jailed for 12 years.

The former couple have two sons, aged eight and four.
