Clinton accused Donald Trump of insulting America's veterans and pressing dangerous military plans around the globe, seeking to undercut his appeal to service families in Southern voting battlegrounds while Trump declared "our country is going to hell" because of policies made by Clinton A cool, calms and calculated Donald Trump said he'll ask NATO members to pay their bills and also 'respectfully' ask countries like Saudi Arabia, South Korea, German, Japan and others to pay for the tremendous security the United states provide to them. He also said he will seek to increase number of US troops and develop the U.S missile defense system, saying cyber security is at it's lowest in the U.S and that America needs to be many steps ahead of enemy countries and ISIS. "His whole campaign has been one long insult to all those who have worn the uniform," Hillary, the Democratic nominee said at the University of South Florida in Tampa. "We are going to work with our allies, not insult them. We are going to stand up to our adversaries, not cozy up to them. We are going to have real plans, not claims and secret plans," Clinton said Trump lagged behind in securing key military supporters compared to past Republican nominees including John McCain and Mitt Romney. She pointed to her endorsements from retired Marine Gen. John Allen and former CIA deputy director Mike Morell. "They know they can count on me to be the kind of commander in chief who will protect our country and our troops, and they know they cannot count on Donald Trump," Clinton said en route to Florida. "They view him as a danger and a risk." Meanwhile Trump vowed to take aggressive action to help veterans at home and confront threats abroad including acts of terrorism from ISIS. "We are going to solve the ISIS problem," Trump said. "But we have to get back to building our country, because our country is going to hell." Trump argued that Clinton's email use and her handling of classified information is "disqualifying." "People who have nothing to hide don't smash phones with hammers. People who have nothing to hide don't bleach -- nobody's even ever heard of it -- their emails, or destroy evidence to keep it from being publicly archived as required under federal law," Trump said "I just don't think she has a presidential look and you need a presidential look," Trump said of Clinton. "I'm talking about general, by the way, she says things about me that are horrible," Trump said. "As an example the single greatest asset I have, according to those that know me, is my temperament." Trump, trying to emphasize his military support, released a letter from 88 retired generals and admirals citing an urgent need for a "course correction" in America's national security policy. "We believe that such a change can only be made by someone who has not been deeply involved with, and substantially responsible for, the hollowing out of our military and the burgeoning threats facing our country around the world," the military leaders wrote. 'There'll be no need to for a bond with the robot, plus it'll never be able to turn you down. People may become obsessed by their ever faithful, ever pleasing sex robot lovers," he told Daily Star. "People will rearrange their lives to accommodate their addictions." People will also be able to tell robots exactly what they like between the sheets.  Another British academic called Professor Noel Sharkey, who is considered the nation's leading authority on the morality and ethics of robots, says very soon sex robots will be dis-virgining young men and women. 'Sex robots are accessible now and certainly [will be common] within the next 10 years," he said during a speech at the Cheltenham Festival. He said: "It's not a problem having sex with a machine. | Fayose condemns postponement of Edo guber election, says; “democracy now in danger under APC” Posted: 07 Sep 2016 09:42 AM PDT  Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has condemned the call for the postponement of the Edo State governorship election by the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Police, saying "It is obvious that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is challenged and afraid of losing the election and the party is using the federal government security agencies to cause a postponement of the election so as to be able to perfect its new rigging plans."The governor, who raised the alarm that "democracy is in danger" under the APC government, said; "obviously, within two years of APC government, Nigeria is in both economic and political recession and this should worry all true lovers of the country." Reacting to the DSS and Police position that the election be postponed because of security threat, Governor Fayose, who spoke through his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, said he was worried that "democracy in Nigeria has now graduated from inconclusive elections to postponement of elections in other to return APC candidates at all cost." He said; "Within two year, the APC government not only destroyed the economy of Nigeria, it has destroyed the legacy of free, fair and credible electoral process bequeathed on the country by the PDP." The governor said; "The questions Nigerians must ask the APC-led federal government are; what security threat can overcome over 50,000 security personnel in an election holding in just one out of the 36 States in Nigeria? If election must be postponed in just one State because of security threat, what will then happen in 2019 when elections will be conducted in the entire country? "Another question is; were they unaware of the security challenge when President Mohammadu Buhari went to Edo State to campaign for the APC yesterday? "No doubt, this is a game being played by the APC because it has become so imminent that the party cannot win the election if it is held on Saturday as scheduled. "The postponement is obviously meant to give room for the APC to perfect a new rigging strategy and lovers of democracy in Nigeria should begin to see how the APC aims at perpetuating itself in power beyond 2019 even now that the party has been rejected by Nigerians." |

"We were so excited before we set off for the five-star resort in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, in October 2012. "We couldn't wait to spend time together. "The day after we arrived we made friends with Sophie Cartledge, then 19, and her male friend. I thought she seemed lovely." Lindsey says: "We would mess around by the pool together and enjoy meals in the evening. "But towards the end of our holiday I discovered Gareth had been texting and phoning Sophie since the second day of the holiday – I was devastated. "We had a blazing row and Gareth tried to claim they were just friends – but my holiday was ruined." Lindsey confronted Sophie at the airport as she was about to join them to travel back home, but she insisted that nothing had been going on. She says: "Sophie denied it all, too, but our flight home, with her on it, was mortifying. "Back home, Gareth agreed to delete Sophie's number. "But we had barely unpacked when Gareth told me our marriage was over. "He still denied it was because of Sophie, but I don't believe that for one minute. "As far as I am concerned Sophie, who he is still with, is welcome to him." Lindsey got back home and after a few weeks broke up with Gareth, Gareth and Sophie now have a child together but when Gareth announced his relationship with Sophie on Facebook, he dated it from October 28 – while he was still living with Lindsey. Sophie, who is now 23 and Gareth 41, said: "Yes, we did meet on holiday but we were just friends. "We didn't build a relationship until after Gareth had left his wife. We managed to rescue him to Warri and hospitalized him. Sadly, one of his lower limbs was amputated two weeks ago. From the doctor's report, it will be a thing of miracle if he survives this incident. Four of them have now passed their West African School Certificate (WASC) and Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) exams, with one scoring over 300 marks in the JAMB exams. "The AUN Law program uniquely offers concentrations in Humanitarian, Gender and Environmental Laws" the statement reads. "Others who took part in the ceremony were university graduates pursuing various postgraduate programmes; among whom were18 winners of the 67 competitive AUN scholarships on offer, while several intakes were transferring from other universities in Ghana, Lebanon, Egypt, the United States and some European countries,"According to PREMIUM TIMES, the university declined to disclose the identities of the students, as doing so would rob the girl of the anonymity they need to operate freely on campus. "I loved my wife, but she deserved what she had coming."  "When we spoke to him on the phone he told us he is basically armed and dangerous," Norlina Police Chief Taylor Bartholomew told WNCN.According to Police chief Bartholomew, they have deployed officers to protect Valentine's family members while they increase their hunt for him in North Carolina and Virginia. According to Bartholomew, Valentine broke into Keisha Valentine's Warren County home early Tuesday by kicking in the door and then shot both his ex-wife and his 15 year old teenage son in the chest at point-blank range. Police don't know if he tried to harm his son, as he could have gotten into the way of his father's bullets while trying to protect his mom. The boy died from his injuries while his mom Keisha Valentine survived, and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Valentine then took to Facebook to record his confession while he drove away from North Carolina. "She lied on me, had warrants taken out on me. She drug me all the way down to nothing," he said in the Facebook video, which has since been taken down by Facebook. The protesters, said to be around 6,500 in number came out of the camp and blocked the highway as they complained that they were tired of burying their children due to lack of food in the camp. According to Daily Trust, it took the intervention of Borno state Deputy Governor Usman Durkwa, soldier and armed policemen, who persuaded and pleaded before normalcy was restored. Some of the aggrieved persons complained that one cup of rice is being given to the IDPs per day. 62-year-old Mustapha Bulun, a resident of Marte, narrated his ordeal in the camp saying, "I have buried two children here in this camp, it all started two months ago after Ramadan fasting, they were given us a cup of rice or maize per day and for a family. How could a cup of rice satisfy a family?" Speaking to newsmen later, Durkwa, who directed the dissolution of the kitchen committee at the camp, said government has already moved trucks of food to the camp to kick off household feeding. |

| Pickpocketing is more lucrative than Auto Engineering - Suspect Posted: 07 Sep 2016 08:04 AM PDT  The suspect, who decked in brown jacket and trousers, and a hand bag like a business executive, before his arrest, had already stolen four mobile phones from unsuspecting commuters in an early morning rush in the area. It was learnt that he was about to remove N18,000:00 from the pocket of a commuter during another bus stampede when he was caught. According to our source. Unknowingly to him, two of his victims were on the lookout for him after suspecting him for being in custody of their missing phones. While standing at Oshodi under Bridge, they spotted him removing money from the pocket of a passenger, Gbenga Odeniyi. At that point, his earlier victims, Onuh Austine and Onesimus Paul raised an alarm, which made Jimoh to promptly drop the money and take to his heels but RRS operatives close to the scene chased and caught him". The operatives after listening to all the accusations requested the victims' phone numbers which were dialled and they were found in Jimoh's handbag. While at the RRS's Headquarters, the suspect confessed to have stolen the two phones during a bus stampede. In his confessional statement, he said: On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, I am always in Oshodi pickpocketing. I stole an average of eight phones on Mondays and maybe like nine phones on Fridays. I don't really get more than five phones on Wednesdays. He added, " am an orphan. I was brought to Lagos by my uncle. He enlisted me in an auto – mobile workshop but I ran away from there to Mushin where I honed my skills in pickpocketing. All the phones that I stole, I sell them in Alaba Rago to some Hausas. They buy fairly used phones and materials from people. I have been in this business since 2013. I have never been caught or imprisoned before". In his words, "nobody needs to train you on how to pickpocket. It is so easy and the idea came naturally to me. You can do it but you do the easy ones. I get to Oshodi by 6:30 a.m. and I leave after operations around 9:00 a.m. I sell Nokia Microsoft N7, 000:00; Infinix Hot N8,000; Tecno Y series, N7,000 – N9,000 and small Samsung phones N4, 000:00". The RRS operatives later invited the owners of the two other phones found with Seun to collect them. Our source disclosed that the Policemen are on the verge of arresting stolen phone buyers mentioned by the suspects, added that, one of the ways to stem cases of phone theft in the state is to pick-up the major buyers. Confirming the arrest, the State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Superintendent of Police, SP Dolapo Badmus, re-assured people of Lagos, of maximum security in place in the state. She added that the suspect has given information that would help track down his colleagues in the same trade as well as stolen phone buyers. The suspect has been transferred to the Lagos State Taskforce on Environment for prosecution. |
