According to MTN's General Manager Consumer Marketing, Richard Iweanoge, this is designed to enable the company continue to support the development of the entertainment industry by We will definitely continue to maintain the strong and mutually beneficial relationship with them through the monetisation of their content on all our digital platforms - MTN Music+, CRBT and VAS." Iweanoge again said, "With the significant investment made so far in Nigeria's music industry, MTN remains and will continue to beone of the biggest supporters of the music industry. We have a track record of consistently providing the stage for some of Nigeria's biggest artistes to shine and express themselves". He stated that through its Caller Ring Back Tunes (CRBT), MTN is the largest music distributor in Africa. "Through the platform, we ensured that Nigerian musicians would no longer suffer the scourge of piracy. They are able to make good money as a result of their hard work. | YouTuber says he can cure headaches in two minutes with just 3 questions Posted: 01 Sep 2016 12:25 PM PDT  A YouTube user named Kamil who posts under the channel Kamil's View has come up with a novel way of curing a bad headache and all it requires is your imagination and your mind. He says he can cure your headache in two minutes with just three questions.  In his video, seen more than 1.7million times, Kamil says: "I'm going to ask you a few questions, and I will ask you those questions a few times. "Every time I ask you the question I really want you to have a look and answer the question." After instructing the viewer to think about their headache he asks: "Where is your headache? He then follows this with "What colour is it?" and "What shape is it?" After repeating the questions four times he says: "By now it should be gone." Many people who have tried it out have testified to its efficacy. Explaining how it works, the self-labelled life coach said: "Most headaches are actually created by you - by your own mind." He said this could be through "stressing too much" or it may be made up as an excuse to get out of something. He adds: "So if you take your attention away from this, the brain gets the message that you're aware of the headache and then you start dissolving it." |

Another aircraft is due for mandatory maintenance as allowed by the regulatory authority. In these circumstances, these airlines clearly cannot continue to undertake schedule operations, hence the inevitable recourse to self regulatory suspension."NCAA boss maintained that both airlines had not folded up but that they were "merely suspending their operations temporarily to enable them undertake certain operational overhaul and strengthen their overall operational outlay." |

| 'I want Vincent Enyeama back, he's the kind of player we need - Gernot Rohr reveals Posted: 01 Sep 2016 09:36 AM PDT   Enyeama, 34, unceremoniously called time on his Super Eagles career on October 8, 2015 after a feud with former coach, Sunday Oliseh that eventually led to his captaincy being taken away from him and given to Ahmed Musa. But Rohr, while speaking to journalists during his maiden pre-match press conference at Le Meridien hotel, Uyo said he knows Enyeama's quality having seen him shine for Lille in the last two seasons and wants him back in the squad. "I asked about Enyeama when I signed because I know his qualities," Rohr told media ahead of Tanzania's game. I also spoke with the goalkeepers' coach Alloy Agu and he spoke highly of him. I've called and spoken with Enyeama since my resumption but nothing is settled yet. | Posted: 01 Sep 2016 09:33 AM PDT  Nigeria's new technical adviser Gernot Rohr has revealed that his main focus at the moment is qualifying the Super Eagles for Russia 2018 and not thinking about whether he'll be paid his salary or not. Rohr, who has worked with Niger previously, where he was owed for six to eight months, has been given a two year contract by the NFF and has been tasked with qualifying the team for Russia 2018. Rohr was speaking today in a media press briefing at Le Meriden Hotel, Uyo, Akwa Ibom and when he was asked by a reporter why he chose to still coach Nigeria despite the Football Association's treatment of coaches like Samson Siasia in the past, he responded, saying his focus is on building a formidable team to take the team to the next World cup. "My problem at the moment is not when my salary is coming; my problem is building a national team," he said. "We have a contract, and I see everyone who signed the contract as being honest." Rohr also said he came with "German mentality", and that he was proud to be in Nigeria working with the Super Eagles. |
