Miccolli Records releases its first compilation album titled "First Impression"

First Impression (The Compilation Album) was released on Christmas day. The album consists of 15 songs and one bonus making it a total of 16tracks. Artist under the new label Kelz and Manny came together to make these master pieces. All songs produced by Maazid Mix.

Dear LIB readers: My boyfriend never wants to set eyes on his mum

My boyfriend's parents separated 15 years ago and according to him, his mother left him and his brother with their father who along with his new wife maltreated them so much and that all through the years, his mother did not come looking for them. Now that he is all grown up, he says he will never forgive his mother and cannot spend his dime on her and does not want to even set eyes on her. I believe forgiveness is a virtue. Should I be scared and run away because I fear such a man who cannot forgive his own mother may never forgive me as well if I wrong him. Should I really be scared?

Ivory Coast ex-First Lady on trial

The trial has begun in Ivory Coast of the ex-first lady, Simone Gbagbo, 65, for her alleged role in post-election violence five years ago, the BBC reports
The wife of former President Laurent Gbagbo has been charged along with 82 supporters of her husband. Mr Gbagbo is awaiting trial at the International Criminal Court (ICC) on charges of crimes against humanity.
Some 3,000 people died in violence after the ex-president refused to accept defeat in a run-off vote.
Mrs Gbagbo, who had been held under house arrest for three years, has been charged with "attempting to undermine the security of the state".
Former prime minister Gilbert Ake N'Gbo and Ivorian Popular Front (FPI) party head Affi N'Guessan are also being tried along with the former first lady.
Her husband, ex-President Laurent Gbagbo, is facing four charges at the ICC in The Hague, including murder, rape and persecution. Mr Gbagbo, 69, who insists he is innocent, is the first former head of state to have appeared at the ICC.
Mrs Gbagbo has also been accused by the ICC but Ivory Coast has refused repeated requests to hand her over, saying that she should be tried in a domestic court.
She was arrested in 2011 after troops stormed a bunker in which she and her husband had taken refuge, following a military assault on their residence in the main city, Abidjan.
Violence broke out in Ivory Coast in 2010 when Laurent Gbagbo refused to cede power to his rival Alassane Ouattara, who was declared the winner of a presidential poll.
The West African leader was ousted in 2011 with the help of French and UN forces backing President Ouattara.
Proceedings at Mrs Gbagbo's trial on Friday were expected to be limited to jury selection, with hearings beginning properly next month.

Contagious passion on Game On as the first contestant is evicted from the show

The game is truly on as the first episode of the much anticipated reality show by Malta Guinness hit the screens. The reality show aptly title Game On showcases two passions that have been at loggerheads over the last few months championed by fashion Icon Lanre Da Silva Ajayi and former Nigerian football star, Daniel Amokachi. 

What started off as a comment during an interview has exploded into a vivacious battle fueled by passion.



Episode one of Game On saw the contestants tackling their first task which was to convince people in the popular Balogun Market in Lagos that their passion is the one that will best fuel the rise of Naija. Both teams led by their team captains attacked the challenge with gusto and finally the winner was decided by a vote from onlookers who had been held entranced by the activities of the team members. 

Team Football came out victorious with overwhelming votes from the entranced audience. They went on to celebrate at the GET arena in Lekki Lagos courtesy of Malta Guinness while Team Fashion lost out on this first round. In a twist of events one member of team fashion, Modupe was voted off the team and out of the house. 

Team Captain for fashion, Lanre Da Silva Ajayi however remained upbeat. "This is just a little set back, a challenge we will overcome. The game is just starting I remain confident that Team Fashion will win at the end of the day' she said. The next episode promises to be exciting as Team Fashion promises to put up a strong fight.

Remember last month when rumours circulated about singer Usher's sex tape with ex-wife Tameka Raymond? Well, yesterday Santa delivered some screenshots from the tape, which was on a computer that was stolen from Usher when his car was broken into in 2009, for Christmas.

Screenshots from the tape, which was shopped around but wasn't touched by any adult film company because it was stolen, was circulated on Twitter yesterday.

Y'all know we don't publish bad things here...hehe...but the screen grabs floating around show the then Mrs. Raymond preforming one of her wifely duties. So far Usher does not appear in any of the leaked photos. To see the pics, just search for Tameka Raymond on twitter...you pervs! :-)

Someone once told me that the type of music a society listens to is a reflection of that society; therefore the chaotic music that has in recent time rented the Nigerian airwaves is a pure reflection of the chaotic state the country is in. It looks like in the history of Nigerian music, 2014 has the highest rate of bad, garbage music being churned out. From watered down lyrics that do not correlate, to singing different songs on same beat, the state of the industry leaves much to be desired. Below are my top 10 picks of worst hit songs of the year 2014. You may or may not agree with me though. Some of you may also need to listen to these songs carefully to understand my points well. 10. Hakuna Mata by KCee
This song is senseless from the word go!

He started like this "Five star music, E money, Its Kcee labalo". What is 'KCee Lobalo'? Is 'Lobalo' French or Spanish?

In another part of the song, he said "Cecilia bum bum, cecilia bum bum, Shebi na your bum bum, cecilia bum". I don't know what's with Cecilia's bum bum o..

Most part of the song also goes like this.."Oya whine ni ni whine ni ni Whine ni ni for me oh, Oya shake e ni, shake e ni, Shake e ni for me oh, Oya whine ni ni whine ni ni, Whine ni ni for me oh,
Oya shake e ni shake e ni,
Shake e ni for me oh".

Somewhere, he said "Oya Jikere, baby???"...

As if that wasn't enough, he also repeats this severally;

"Oya baby no wahala, If you need anything just hala, I be monkey you be banana.."

Hellooo, did he just call himself a monkey???...

Then in the middle of these discordant lyrics, this monkey will jump to the lame chorus "Hakuna Matata, Hakuna mata, Baby No Wahala" repeatedly.

9. Story For The Gods By Olamide

Here is a song I wish would quickly go away. Beautiful rhythm, but this song glorifies rape and abuse of women in all its entirety. Story for the gods is all about getting loaded with local aphrodisiac(Dongoyaro,Monkey Tail and Claro), then going ahead to having a forceful carnal knowledge of a lady. The phrase "Story for the gods" (means to refuse to listen, deaf ears etc) Let's take a look...

CHORUS:
Mo ti mu dongoyaro, dongoyaro, dongoyaro And monkey tail, monkey tail, monkey tail
Aro bami gbe claro, claro o, claro o(Olamide is saying that he is high on those Aphrodisiac)
I want to do sina today, sina today(sina means fornication)
She said she cannot wait o(the girl wants to go home)
She said its getting late o(it's getting late)
She said she want to faint o
Ah, story for the gods(these last four lines needs no explaining. Olamide refuses to listen to her plea)

Now she saying mo r'ogo(she says she is finished)
O ti kan mi l'apa o(he has broken my arms)
O ti kan mi l'eyin o(he has broken my back)
Story for the gods, the gods o( but Olamide would have none of that!)

VERSE 1:
O my God insanity
See your back calamity
Girl I want to have it(ofcourse you know what he wants to have)
Do I need your permit?(and he is invariably saying that he doesn't need her permission to have it)

8. In my bed by Wizkid

It's been long established that this song by Wizkid is a total rubbish, which like the others on this list parades lyrics and verses that have no business whatsoever with one another. The song na real Americana Wonder like he sang... "Americana wonder,The way you whine your body Gimme thunder, I go follow you bumper to bumper Girl, I go follow you bumper to fender,"

(Na Wa o, your body gimme thunder, bumper to fender.. Issorait)...

But the most fraudulent part of the song is where Wizkid continues to sing about wanting a girl's body in his bed, and then suddenly switched to hailing names of some popular figures. You'd have thought he was trying to invite them for a gangbang...

"I want your body sleeping in my bed e, I want your body sleeping in my bed e, You got me going crazy, Oh girl I can't explain it, Your body so insane, Oh girl I can't replace you."

Some of the names he called..Agbaje eleniyan,
Fashola eleniyan,Tinubu eleniyan,Otedola eleniyan,
Baruwa eleniyan, Aliko eleniyan, Saraki eleniyan.

Then next is this part which always gives me stomach ache, because I really don't know what 'serving a living God' has to do with getting a girl's body in your bed and what blessing is there to get..."...Oh blessing follow me everywhere I go, I'm serving the living God,And everywhere I go, all my people show me love,
Just tell me the reason gan"

Ok, so what's the reason gan sef? And on top of all dis matter wey dey ground, wizkid believes that he is amazing.

Hear him.."Oh anytime, they hear my song They say I'm amazing gan".

Well, it's truly amazing that a small boy like him can make so much money and stardom with all that lyrical hogwash. Issorait!

7. Dorobucci by Mavins All-stars

This is probably the biggest hit of 2014. Don Jazzy is a great producer no doubt, but he and his artistes have a history of churning out garbage. Dorobucci is so meaningless some people began to doro-call it doro-occultic. Doro bloody. .Doro
Doro doro do do doro....doro. Where I come from in Oyo state, Doro is that rubber device used in drawing up water from a well.

Unfortunately,this is a country where an artiste will just wake up early in the morning and find out that PHCN has brought back power supply, then out of joy he'll dash straight to the studio to record a song about UP NEPA! He'll call that an inspiration. Even Don Jazzy himself is yet to come out straight about the meaning of Doro, because the truth is that it has no meaning. A lot of people are speaking well of the maturity of Davido's song because the boy knows well to pay for the services of professional songwriters.

6. Shoki by Lil Kesh

I hated this song for a very long time, however I had no choice but to like it after people won't stop playing it everywhere I go. Even the NBC ban did absolutely nothing to stop people from rocking this song which had the artiste mostly screaming "Shoki Ahhh Shoki". Davido however disappointed me this time around for accepting to feature in this kind of song. He ended up chanting the rubbish shoki along with the YBNL crew in the remix.

Hear him;"Oya show me shoki, shoki shoki, everybody shoki, shoki shoki, and the request say shoki, shoki shoki, everybody shoki, shoki shoki, oya show me shoki, shoki shoki, everybody shoki, shoki shoki, oya shoki, shoki shoki
shoki, shoki shoki... i am looking for that shawty,
with the baddest shoki,
when everybody they shoki,
abi you still dey look for johnny, but if you get case for body, the town will go make you the shawty,david please don't stop it,
i wanna see you drop it now,
for me now, on this ground
oya daun."

Those are the words our generation is digesting and we wonder why over 70% of candidates failed the last private WAEC and there is massive failure especially in English Language.

By my rough count, there is a total of 200 "Shoki ahh Shoki" in this song!

5. Shake Body by Skales

Need I talk much about this one? You sef check out part of the lyrics na...

" Oya shake body, Oya move body,Make you ring alarm o, Oya shake body...Ah coupe decale ma,Sagasige, Akilibre,Faro de ma, Decale….decale, Krikata,Krikata,Krikata, Krikata,Krikata,Krikata,
Krikata,Krikata,Pon pon,
Somunto….somunto,
Kalopere, Kalopere, Kalopere"

Now, what's all that about???

4. Murder by Seyi Shay ft Shaydee & Patoranking

If you listen to this song, even though it featured Patoranking and Shaydee, all you will hear for most part of the song is "She say she wan murder, he say he wan murder, she say he wan do that thing ye" Do wetin? Murder who??? You be Oscar Pistorious? ...

Now, checkout the lyrics of the Verse 2 of the song where Patoranking came in again..

"Stay close to me, baby girl come in here porn, Give other girls resist, them fit hate on, Member and you alone me rate hun, Even your friends them fit hate on, Fire burning, Girl I'll keep you coming,Say you no go running, Every time, girl you keep turning."

That's Patoranking, Nigeria's best Reggae singer at the moment? SMH!

3. Shekini by Psquare

There is a popular Yoruba proverb which says that when a child is due for maturity, he/she must put aside every childishness.

After many years and despite their A-list status in the industry couple with their global experience, the Psquare duo are obviously not getting matured at all with the dissapointing inclusion of the track "Shekini" in their latest album. I won't speak too much, see the lyrics yourself.

They started the song this way...

"P-Square eh eh, Yahn ahn, (Allen [4x]), Yahn ahn"
**who is Allen for crying out loud?**

Then, they said "Lets go...Otu de, oya sare wa gba kekere, kerewawo, Atu ti de, oya burukutu make e sarabara owey, (Oya shekini ni ni ni ni [3x]),Oya shekina na na na na." (And what is "Burukutu" doing in there.)

Folks, don't be fooled, the lyrics sounds like Yoruba but it's not correct Yoruba but a mumbo-jumbo!

Another constant in the song is this verse; "I get power (ah), me I no dey bother, (ehn ehn)
I no be footballer but I sabi budey Ronaldo," then they jump to this lyrics "Take it (slow),Take it (free),
Alhaji (ehn ehn),Ehn ehn (listen),Take it (ahn),
Take it (orijo),Alhaji (okay)
Ehn ehn (hmm)".

Who is this Alhaji? Well, maybe the Alhaji is supposed to drink the burukutu they mentioned above.

2. Ogaranya By Kcee ft Davido

Now, I'm sorry KCee has to be in this list a second time. Personally, I'm kind of confused about him. Maybe his music is not that awkward. Maybe it's his gesticulations/dance steps in his videos, costumes or tone of his singing voice or his general fashion sense that is awkward and give off an impression of his songs from that perspective. I'm yet to place a finger on what it is. Most of the people I've asked have mixed reactions as well. They really' can't say. Ogaranya has a good meaning; A rich person or something like that. Some things are just wrong with part of the lyrics and Davido once again rubbished his own brand on this one. Check it out;

Intro (Davido)

Now, even though there is a funny way they keep repeating Ogaranya, I really don't have a problem with the Chorus which goes thus;

"Everybody wanting to be a big ogaranya,Nobody want to sit down dey look ogaranya,Everybody wanting to be a big ogaranya,Nobody want to sit down dey look ogaranya, My God dey bless me, ogaranya
No be my fault o, ogaranya
Believing e no do o, ogaranya,Imaya heyyy...
Everybody like ogaranya,
Mama and papa e like ogaranya, The ladies like ogaranya, That's why them dey love me"

However, the next statement is what I really don't get...

"The place is so cold, e dey follow, Dey for body like logo"..(which place is he talking about? Which place is so cold?)

Davido made it worse at the verse 2 as his contribution does not relate at all. He sang..

"Girl I want you to know, The way you see no be so..???, E get as the thing dey go, So baby you take am slow(Asin??) Shey na now you dey notice,(notice wetin???) Abi u think I be novice, You know say I know say you get it, Money dey(I thought Davido is supposed to be the Ogaranya and not the girl?), Oya make we blow things"(now that is a Boko Haram alert. Beware guys.)

1. Body by Black Magic ft Banky W

The song has now been edited. 'Sex' has been replaced with 'eh' but the rest of the lyrics is still as worse as the original. You can imagine my embarrasment the first time I heard this song on Channel O. You know how Naija artistes like to cover up sexual explicitness with slangs? This brazen artiste called Blackmagic didn't cover up anything. Lol. Though the song was released in December 2013, I feel it's as good as being a 2014 song and should be on this list to show you how bad the music industry has become and what your children are listening to. Here is a part of the song;

"...So stop the fronting, Is what I told this girl,And her body oh oh, Just wanna get next to you, Just wanna have sex with you, I swear I want this girl and her body o o".

You na never see anything, continue..

"1, 2, 3, Then begin 5, 4, I'm splitting a dozen like 3, 5, 4,I am already sky high, but I need to high more, And my dumb friend told me that I need high malt Ewo."...

(Did you see what this guy is singing? Isn't he as dumb as his dumb friends? Show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are).

Award winning reggae star, Orits Wiliki, who has been married to his wife, actress and singer Becky, for 20 years says the secret behind their successful marriage is because she is his mother's last child - doesn't that make her his sister? Yep, it does!
"I married my kid sister – my mother's last born. We are as close as siblings can be. That is why we have stayed together for this long." he told Punch
Should we take this serious? After he will say he was misquoted..lol. Orits Wiliki will be celebrating his 30 years on stage in Warri on Sunday, December 28.

Bolanle, 2009 Koko Mansion winner poses as 'Santa's little helper' and launches video blog

Her name is Bolanle Okhiria. She won the maiden and only edition of Dbanj's reality show 'Koko Mansion' in 2009. She has since worked in the entertainment industry within and outside the country on shows like Ankara Festival, Los Angeles as one of the producers. Bolanle who is currently a presenter on the 'MTN Yhello Top Ten Countdown' is also an actress and a model. She played Zaza on Tinsel.

Mauritania Journalist Sentenced to Death for Apostasy

A court in Mauritania has sentenced 28 year old journalist Mohamed Cheikh Ould Mkhaitir to death for apostasy for criticizing Prophet Muhammed. According to Reuters, the journalist was sentenced by a court in the northwestern city of Nouadhibou for an article he published almost a year ago, questioning some of the decisions Prophet Mohammed took during holy wars.

Some folks saw the article which he posted online and appeared on a number of websites and called for his arrest. He was arrested on January 2nd 2014 after the article sparked street protests and has been in custody ever since. When he appeared in court, he pleaded not guilty, telling the court that it was 'not his intention to harm the prophet' but he was still found guilty and sentenced to death under Sharia law. The prosecutors recommended that he be shot to death.



AFP reported that the blogger fainted when the ruling was read out in court yesterday Dec. 25th. He was revived and taken to prison. His lawyers say they will appeal the sentence. 

According to AFP, Mauritania hasn't executed a prisoner since 1987, and has not given a death sentence for apostasy since it gained its independence from France in 1960.

Of Vision and Visionary Leadership - By Reno Omokri

One of the biggest misconceptions of the world, in my opinion, is the view held by some that members of the clergy should not participate in politics or government. 
I have read The Holy Bible and The Quran and to the best of my knowledge, nowhere in both books is such a notion promoted.
As a matter of fact, the first usage of the word 'government' comes from The Holy Bible and the United States of America lifted the word 'President' directly from The Bible book of Daniel (chapter 6 verse 3).

Some of the greatest figures in The Bible were prophets and political leaders at the same time. Joseph was Prime Minister of Egypt and political ruler of the then known world but he was also described as a prophet and diviner of God's will. 

Daniel was appointed President of Babylon by King Darius yet he continued to function in office as a judge and prophet. 

In the New Testament, Joseph of Arimathea was a counsellor (the equivalent of today's Senator) and he was a devotee of Our Lord and Saviour, Yeshu'a (whom some call Jesus). Likewise, the first African Christian, the Ethiopian Eunuch, was a high official in Queen Candace's government.

So, there is nothing wrong with men of God coming into politics. It is desired and it will help clean up politics. 

What is wrong however, is for men of God to come into politics and instead of being agents of transforming politics with the light of their moral compass, they end up conforming to the prevailing political culture such that you can not differentiate between them and a regular politician.

In The Bible, we read how an anointed man of God, a prophet by name Balaam, allowed his love for power and money mislead him into accepting to curse the anointed of God after he had been hired by King Balak of Moab to do just that.

Eventually, Balaam recognized the folly of his ways after an angelic visitation which prompted his donkey to speak to him. This divine visitation caused him to repudiate the lure of money and power dangled by King Balak to whom he uttered the now very famous words "How shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed?"-Numbers 23:8. 
 
 
It was this historical incident that came to my mind when I read Professor Yemi Osinbajo's words of condemnation on Twitter where he had said President Jonathan runs a "visionless" government. 

Professor Osinbajo is an ordained pastor as I am and one of the ethics of our calling, enshrined in the homiletic code, is that men of God should not criticize out of a desire for personal gain, but should do so advisedly and only if there are genuine and compelling reasons to do so. 

As a matter of fact, Philippians 2:3 says we should "do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves".

So let me ask, is it really true that President Jonathan runs a visionless government?

In fact, on a day that coincided with Professor Osinbajo's day of casting stones at President Jonathan, Bill Gates was celebrating Nigeria's ability to reduce incidences of the Wild Polio Virus from hundreds of cases just three years ago to only 6 cases in 2014.

Mr. Gates actions only corroborated those of the United Nations which earlier in the year had given President Jonathan an award celebrating Nigeria for eradicating the scourge of Guinea Worm infestation. 

The truth is that not only does President Jonathan run a purposeful and visionary government, one can even begin to see the crystallization of his vision into tangible benefits for the Nigerian masses.   

Professor Yemi Osinbajo is a pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God which has perhaps the largest indoor camp in West Africa along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. 

Every year, millions of Nigerian parishioners of the RCCG troop to The Redemption Camp. They are faced with terrible traffic gridlock as the multitude try their best to get to the venue on time. The sheer number of users on that road overwhelms the capacity of the highway and members have been praying for an intervention that will ease their annual journey. 

Enter President Jonathan, whose vision prompted him to initiate the Lagos-Ibadan High Speed Railway which is underway. 

This service will not only facilitate the movement of RCCG's parishioners to The Redemption Camp thereby easing the pressure on the roads, it will also make it possible to live in Ibadan and work in Lagos, with stops along the way. 

The world renowned global consultancy, KPMG, which monitors trends, in November of 2014 included this High Speed Interstate Railway as one of the world's top 100 infrastructure projects. KPMG praised the Jonathan administration for its vision in initiating such a project. 

And it does not stop there. 

Even the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, long abandoned to the elements by previous administrations, is at the receiving end of some of the fastest construction work in Africa. Two construction firms are working to reconstruct the road in record time. Julius Berger is working from the Lagos end while RCC is working from the Ibadan end with the intention to meet somewhere in the middle so that the work is completed in record time. 

As I write this piece, the China Civil Engineering Construction Company, CCECC, has officially announced that it has rounded off the track laying work of Nigeria's first standard gauge railway modernization project linking the capital city of Abuja and the Northwestern state of Kaduna.

This is another project that has come to reality as a result of the vision of President Goodluck Jonathan. 

So, when Professor Osinbajo describes President Jonathan's government as "visionless" it is obvious that he has left the objectivity of the pulpit for the subjectivity of partisan politics. 

Or else, how can any objective person call the man under whose guidance Nigeria became the largest economy in Africa and the 26th largest economy in the world, visionless? Is such a feat possible without vision, without planning, without discipline? 

Or was it President Jonathan's lack of vision that prompted the United Nations to release data that showed that under Jonathan's watch, Average Life Expectancy in Nigeria has risen from 47 years in 2009 to 52 years today?

Is President Jonathan "visionless" when all elections held under his watch have been adjudged credible and transparent. From Edo, to Anambra, to Ondo, to Ekiti to Osun and Niger, it has been a case of one man one vote, one woman one vote, one youth, one vote. 

A few Nigerians may not like the President's Transformation Agenda, but at least, all Nigerians have heard of it.

The million dollar question is who has heard of the agenda of Professor Osinbajo's party other than the use of the cliche 'change'?

Yes, Obama used the key words 'yes we can' to ride to power in 2008, but he had a brain Trust that came up with a plan. 

Are we meant to change for the sake of change? 

I must confess that I am personally fed up with politicians who speak negatively about Nigeria and its leaders just because they want power. 

Pastor Osinbajo regularly leads his congregation in prayers. But let me ask him if it makes any sense physically or spiritually to speak negatively about your nation and pray positively about yourself as if you can prosper in your home after cursing it with your mouth?

Nigerians expect Professor Osinbajo to wake up and smell the coffee and start telling them what he, his principal and their party plan for Nigeria and not to spend his time throwing stones at the innocent. 

Gone are the days when you promote a candidate based on his region and religion. And Nigerians are far too aware in 2014-5 for any politician to grandstand by using highfalutin empty words to cast aspersions on his/her opponent in order to hide the inadequacy of their vision and plans. 

I understand that when all you have is a hammer everything begins to look like a nail and so having nothing but criticism to dish out, Osinbajo is likely to keep throwing stones. However, seeing as he is a pastor, let me remind Professor Osinbajo of the immortal words of Jesus to critics in John 8:7-"he that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone".

As we approach 2015, I would like to point out something to Professor Osinbajo. 

In 2011, there were four major Presidential candidates: President Goodluck Jonathan of the PDP, Nuhu Ribadu of the ACN, Ibrahim Shekarau of the ANPP and Muhamaddu Buhari of the CPC.  

Does it not say much about President Jonathan's vision and his ability to communicate it effectively that of the three candidates who contested against him in 2011, two of them, Nuhu Ribadu and Ibrahim Shekarau, today share his vision for Nigeria and are helping him actualize it within the Peoples Democratic Party?

It says a lot about the President. And especially, it is evidence of the fact that President Jonathan is a man of vision.

Who knows, maybe Professor Osinbajo will see the light and come to appreciate the President's vision after the 2015 election. 

This has been a constant pattern with Buhari's running mates from 2007's Ume Ezeoke who saw enough reason to work with the PDP after that election, to Pastor Tunde Bakare, who shared and participated in the President's vision for a National Conference for Nigeria.

In conclusion, let me say that it is obvious to all discerning people that God has blessed this man from Otuoke known as President Goodluck Jonathan. Without godfather, without scheming, without over ambition, God divinely set him on a trajectory that has seen him ascend the highest office in the land. 

Even when power was within his grasp, the then Vice President Goodluck Jonathan refused to take it, preferring to wait on God to elevate him. 

I can say without a shadow of a doubt in my mind that God has put President Jonathan where he is. And until He is done with him, no man, no pastor, no prophet can curse whom God has not cursed.

Kim Kardashian finding it difficult to conceive baby number 2?

Kim Kardashian is upset for a very good reason ... as hard as she's been trying, she can't get pregnant. Kim has been very open with friends and family ... she and Kanye have been trying to have another baby for the last 9 months but nothing has worked. Kim has been to fertility doctors, but they've made it clear ... having another baby is a long shot.
Turns out North West was a miracle baby ... she had 3 specialists tell her she couldn't get pregnant before North was conceived.  
Kim and Kanye assumed the second baby would be easier since it worked once, but the doctors are telling her that's not the case.

We're told Kim is trying to reduce her stress and cut down on traveling ... per doctor's advice.

The pics were taken Tuesday in Bev Hills after visiting her doctor. We're told Kanye has been to almost every doctor's visit ... Kim goes once a month.

It was all thunderous applause and rapturous praise as Lagosians defied the city's forbidding traffic and trooped out to witness the highly anticipated and much talked about opening of 'Saro, The Musical 2', at the Muson Center, Onikan. Starring a highly talented cast made up of last year's much-lauded performers as well as an infusion of exciting new actors, songs, dance, and drama scenes, Saro 2 was a mind-blowing reincarnation, as the show greatly improved upon its 2013 version.
