Our entire operating systems would run on certified platforms that are PCI DSS certified in line with international security standards issued by The PCI SSC (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council). The best marketing model that describes the credit card market in Nigeria is the adoption model. This is the model where the industry is "virgin" (in its state of infancy) and there is a need for the establishment of a credit card culture and infrastructure. O3 Capital intends to drive the evolution of this credit card culture in Nigeria given that there are less than 100,000 existing credit cards in a country that has a population of 160 million. We believe that the key to achieve competitive advantage is through our product differentiation strategy and product efficacy. The mission of O3 Capital is to provide the average Nigerian with access to funds to enable them meet everyday consumption requirements. With O3 cards, the average Nigerian will not be "cash-strapped" but will have that additional funding source to meet daily needs. With O3 cards, all the customer's basic needs become affordable. Our objective correlates to that of the Central Bank of Nigeria's Financial System Strategy 2020, which includes the Cashless Policy. Its objective is to promote economic activity by utilising innovative payment systems with ease of accessibility to the general populace. Deployment of credit cards should give the relevant boost to the Nigerian economy by increasing the purchasing power of the consumer by driving activity in the economy across the board. O3 takes the CBN cashless policy to a whole new level The O3 selection process is extremely thorough with a high level KYC scrutiny in line with our philosophy of "Right Customer Low Risk". The IT infrastructure is integrated with the existing credit bureaus which enables an automated credit history review of each applicant. The card management system has a predictable risk management and anti-fraud solution. And as a last resort, all the cards would be insured. The O3 Card allows you to purchase all forms of goods and services whenever and wherever you want, without ready cash. The cards can be used at restaurants, hotels, supermarkets. hospitals, petrol stations, schools, airline counter or sites etc.All purchases or withdrawals made during the month (payment cycle) the cardholder is expected to make only one payment which does not have to be the whole amount. Bizarre: Meet the Brazilian man born with his head upside-down Posted: 01 Sep 2014 12:51 PM PDT A man born with physical disabilities so severe his head is Upside-down has defied the odds to become an inspirational public speaker. Claudio Vieira de Oliveira, 37, was born with his neck folded back on itself, as well as badly deformed legs and almost no use of his arms and hands. Doctors told his mother to stop feeding him as a newborn as they believed he had no chance of survival. But Claudio from Monte Santo, Brazil, has overcome his extreme disadvantages to graduate as an accountant and become a public speaker. Continue... "Since I was a child I've always liked to keep myself busy and work - I don't like to depend totally on other people. I do a bit of accounting, research for clients and consulting. I have learned to turn on the TV, pick up my cell phone, turn on the radio, use the internet, my computer - I do it all by myself." he said.Claudio types with a pen held in his mouth, operates phones and a computer mouse with his lips and has specially made shoes that allow him to move around town. His determined independence saw him succeeding at school and qualifying as an accountant from the State University of Feira de Santana. When Claudio was born, doctors told his mother Maria Jose he would not be able to survive. Maria Jose said: "People started saying 'the baby is going to die' because he could barely breathe when he was born. Some people would say: 'Don't feed him, he is already dying'. But there's only happiness now. Claudio is just like any other person - that's how he was raised in this house. We never tried to fix him and always wanted him to do the normal things everyone else does. That's why he is so confident. He is not ashamed of walking around in the street - he sings and he dances."At eight years old, Claudio, who had previously been carried everywhere, began to walk on his knees. His family had to change the floor of the house so he could walk around without injuring himself. Claudio's bed, plugs and lights had to be made lower so that he could do things for himself without asking for help. He cannot use a wheelchair because of his unusual shape, making it hard for him to be independent outside the home - but he begged his mother to be allowed to go to school and learn with the other children. Doctors have recently diagnosed him with a rare condition called congenital arthrogryposis. They believe he has multiple joint contractions in his legs and arms which mean they cannot extend properly. Claudio said: "Throughout my life I was able to adapt my body to the world. Right now, I don't see myself as being different. I am a normal person. I don't see things upside-down. This is one of the things I always talk about in my interventions as a public speaker. "Nowadays it's much easier to deal with the public, I'm not afraid of it anymore and I can say that I am a professional, international public speaker and that I receive invitations from all over the world."Culled from UK Mirror

Prof Chukwu said more cases of the Ebola Virus Disease were still being expected in Rivers state.
Divorce drama: Anita Oyakhilome’s name removed from Christ Embassy church website Posted: 01 Sep 2014 07:40 AM PDT The divorce mess between Pastors Chris and Anita Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy Church has worsened, P.M News reports. On Sunday, two days after it was reported that Anita Oyakhilome had filed for divorce, Christ Embassy deleted her pictures and personal information from its official website, www.christembassy.org. Many describe the action as the beginning of a process to shut her out of the church, after she accused her husband of "adultery" and "unreasonable behaviours" in a divorce suit filed in London last April but only made public on Friday. Continue... Christ Embassy's new website now shows only Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, with a broad smile welcoming his followers to the month of August, and tagging it, 'Month of Praise'. In the message on the website, Oyakhilome also urges his followers to "rejoice for the joy of the Lord is your strength." Also, on the website of the Rhapsody of Realities, a daily devotional co-authored by the esrtwhile couple, there's nothing to show that Anita is still recognised as the only visible face on the website among the family members is that of her husband. It was too early to know if the September edition of the Rhapsody of Realities still has the photographs of both the pastor and his wife as it used to be. In the past, when the going was good, Anita and Chris Oyakhilome held hands on the church website and smiled broadly. They projected the image of a perfect couple. But P.M.NEWS checks at the weekend revealed that there is confusion in the church following the divorce suit filed by Anita to end her over two decades marriage to the founder of Christ Embassy Church. In the past, Pastor Chris headed the Nigerian branch of the church, though he travelled to other branches occasionally, while Anita headed the branch in London and its environs. Christ Embassy and its founder have been embroiled in a myriad of controversies in the past. In 2010, Oyakhilome was accused of engineering a money laundering scheme in Nigeria, and questions swirled around his finances because of his glamorous lifestyle. Many pastors and theologians also excoriated Oyakhilome for his "New Creation" doctrine—a form of gnosticism that says after a person becomes a Christian, any sin they commit is only in the body and will not affect the spirit. In 2008, Oyakhilome's reputation as a faith healer was tarnished badly in Johannesburg, South Africa, when a man told a Soweto newspaper that Christ Embassy offered him more than $1,200 to sit in a wheelchair and pretend to be crippled until Oyakhilome prayed for him. "The man went to the media instead of taking the money, sparking concerns that healings were being faked to impress growing crowds," said Lee Grady in an article in 2012 published by Charisma Magazine. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has also been a target of criticism by the Treatment Action Campaign for his support of faith healing to cure HIV. Allegations that Christ Embassy members are reportedly being forced to give huge sums of money in offerings with the biggest donors receiving the biggest awards have left many people concerned. Many Nigerians have also alleged that the church operates like a cult and pressures members to marry only within Christ Embassy. Many people also remember the scandal involving Christ Embassy and Sheraton Hotel some years ago when a member of the church, who worked at the Sheraton Hotel, stole money from his employers and gave it to Christ Embassy. But when Sheraton approached the church for reimbursement, the church allegedly claimed that the money had been given to God and could not be refunded. Many also excoriated Pastor Chris some years ago when the church began collecting gate fees from members for their New Year Eve's Service. More recently, Oyakhilome came under attack after he claimed that Christians were free to masturbate because it was not a sin. But the latest scandal involving Anita and Chris, who have two daughters, seems to threaten the very existence of one of the biggest churches in Nigeria. Christ Embassy runs several arms including the Healing School, Rhapsody of Realities, and an N.G.O called the Innercity Missions as well as three Christian television channels: LoveWorld TV, LoveWorld SAT and LoveWorld Plus. The church is scattered all over the world, including in the United Kingdom, the United States, South America and the whole of Europe. Stories about women bringing men of God down are not new. In 1988, Jimmy Swaggart, a famous American preacher was implicated in a sex scandal involving a prostitute that resulted initially in his suspension, and ultimately defrocking, by the Assemblies of God. Three years later, Swaggart was implicated in another scandal involving a prostitute. As a result, Swaggart's ministry became non-affiliated, non-denominational and significantly smaller than it was before the scandals.Culled from P.M News

9 things every woman should know about vaginal hygiene & care Posted: 01 Sep 2014 04:20 AM PDT When vagina wash and tightening solution Lavet was posted online recently, many had misgivings, and rightly so, that it was an herbal cream used by prostitutes to tighten their vagina. Concerned readers, including a doctor, shared their experiences and advice. It was a welcome development to know that we can take out time to help one another. However, this post is to shed more light on it and present to you, without sentiments, the facts about it and its ingredients which you can equally google up to ascertain the facts presented. This is your life; you alone know what you're facing. Let's set the records straight! Continue... 1. Lavet, made in Ghana, is not a herbal cream, it is a liquid made from herbal extracts and water. It has no chemicals. It is a clean, medical product that cleans up a lady, fights unwanted vaginal yeast, rejuvenates the skin around the uterus and restores the normal vaginal flora. It helps women to come out of their menopausal stage vibrant and refreshed. 2. Lavet is also not a douche or soap, No! It is a feminine hygiene liquid for treating toilet/yeast infections including candidiasis and staph, with an added effect of tightening the mucosal wall of the Vagina. It is a decent drug for decent ladies who want to remain fresh and have a vibrant sexual life, despite age, childbirth, menopause, or even menstrual cycle. 3. It is approved by NAFDAC (Reg. No: A7-1092L), with no side effects 4. Fact: After childbirth, most women become very loose; Lavet has a way of rebuilding the vaginal walls without a drying effect. The sweet thing is, it doesn't just tighten to make the woman dry, it provides lubrication during intercourse to produce that sensation that makes a woman reach orgasm easily and enjoyably. 5. Fact: Vaginal discharge is natural, BUT if you have itching, burning and odour together with discharge, that's abnormal! Lavet comes in handy. 6. Fact: The vagina muscle stretches. This can leave you feeling loose. If it isn't as tight as you like, or is slippery, especially after childbirth, vaginal exercises, e.g. Kegel Exercise can also do wonders. 7. Lavet is ADULT USE only, and not for pregnant women. 8. In the USA, Lavet (called Lav) is $20 dollars per bottle, excluding shipment. (Check it out later on www.yeastinfectionshop.com). But you have a 48-hour promo discount and express home delivery in a sealed envelope via a reputable courier company, if you order now. 9. If you use it daily, a pack will last for 7days. 2packs will take care of most vaginal issues and that's what you will get from us – 2packs! and a special report on what women should know about the vagina for a healthier, better sexual life. Bonus for early birds! BEWARE OF CANCER!!! It's okay to be wary of cancer. But ask anybody who should know, about the following INGREDIENTS: Purified water, Centella Asiatica sap, Turnera Microphylla leaves, Alumchlor hydrate and Vitex Agnus Castus. You can even google them. Ask a biochemist or herbiest. Turnera Mycrophyllaleaf is used as an aphrodisiac and treatment of sexual disturbances; Vitex Agnus Castushelps with female hormonal disorders and imbalances. It alleviates unpleasant symptoms of menopause; Centella Asiaticaleaf is an anti-microbial herb that has healing, boosting, toning and anti-aging skin properties. You have nothing to worry about! WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK? If you follow the instructions and it doesn't work, you will get your money back, with no questions asked. Even after 12months. That's how much we trust this product! IN A NUTSHELL… § Are you experiencing vaginal aging or a loose and slippery one, and you are scared or embarrassed each time you have sex with your husband/boyfriend? or your husband is stylishly avoiding the topic, yet you both know you're no longer enjoying sex? § Are you always embarrassed each time you remove your underwear in his presence because of an offensive odour? § Yes, you shouldn't kill yourself trying to satisfy a man but what happens to your own sexual life? Is it bad for you to enjoy sex and reach orgasm? What happens when you are so loose that you have lost the grip that gives you that sensation? § What about vaginal itching? You don't enjoy your sleep any longer because of this non-stop itching. It has even given you embarrassing rashes on your private part. § Each time you use a toilet that is not yours, you won't be yourself. § After your menstrual circle, you don't feel fresh at all; there's this odour that hangs around you. § Are you frigid and you no longer have the urge for sex?
