Donald Trump wants to end automatic citizenship for people born in the US

According to CNN, Donald Trump on Sunday said he would overturn a law that grants citizenship to people born in the U.S. This means that all Nigerians saving and planning to give birth in the US in a bid to secure automatic US citizenship for their children should forgeritt it if Oga Dona becomes President!

A LIB mum says her son's right leg was allegedly broken in his school - Wesley Creche in Obalende, Ikoyi and that she's been going from one hospital to the other to fix the broken leg and she isn't getting any help or even remorse from the school. Get well soon, little angel!

"He has come back to his normal life style. He is cracking jokes with the doctors now and may need to rest for few days before he is discharged. Its not something so serious. Its just normal old age sickness. Daddy is old now and all his early years of struggles, tours and performances on stage is part of what is telling on his body." a family source told LIB

Plan sack of 1,000 workers: Kachikwu dispels rumour, meets labour unions

The new group Managing director of state-run Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Emmanuel Kachikwu says that he has not suggested or directed anyone to fire 1,000 workers of the corporation.

Kachikwu disclosed this in a meeting with both PENGASSAN and NUPENG unions of the corporation in Abuja. He has informed the unions that at no point did he suggest or direct anyone to fire over 1000. Developing story....

150 drowned, others shot dead while running ‪from ‎Boko Haram‬ in Yobe

At least 150 people drowned in a river while others were shot dead after Boko Harm men attacked Kukuwa-Gari village in Yobe state last Thursday August 13th.

The residents of the village were running from the sect members when they drowned in the river
"They opened fire instantly, which forced residents to flee. They shot a number of people. Unfortunately many residents who tried to flee plunged into the river which is full from the rain. Many drowned.

By our latest toll we have 150 people either (shot dead) or drowned in the attack. The gunmen deliberately killed a fisherman who tried to save drowning residents of the village."Modu Balumi, a resident of the village told AFP.

News of the attack surfaced five days after because the telecommunications masts had been destroyed by the sect members.
