The Christian Association of Nigeria CAN has condemned the bomb attack that took place yesterday at the Central Mosque in Kano where over 100 persons have been confirmed dead. In a statement released and signed by CAN President, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the association said the attack on the place of worship is the greatest evil to human beings and to God almighty. Read the statement after the cut...
The statement in part reads
"The entire Christian community in Nigeria received the news of the latest in the series of bomb explosions, this time around at the mosque near the Emir's palace in Kano, with shock and disbelief. This is most unfortunate given the number of people that lost their lives in their bid to offer prayers to their Almighty in the usual Friday worship at the mosque. On behalf of the entire Christians community under the auspices of CAN, I wish to commiserate with the families of the victims especially those who lost their lives in the attack. This attack on the people of Kano is an attack on all Nigerians and must be addressed as such; this is the time for all to rise up and act,. May God help us all as we make this strong efforts at curbing terrorism from our land."

Ziona Chana has 39 wives, 94 children, 14 daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren. They all live with him in his hotel-like 100-room, four-story house perched among the hills of Baktwang village in the Indian state of Mizoram.

One year, he married ten wives. Two of them sisters. His 39 wives say they are blessed to have him and take turns to share his bed.

It takes 30 whole chickens, peel 132lb of potatoes and boil up to 220lb of rice to make dinner for this family.

The family is organised with almost military discipline, with the oldest wife Zathiangi organising her fellow partners to perform household chores such as cleaning, washing and preparing meals.
Coincidentally, Mr Chana is said to head a sect that allows members to take as many wives as they want.
Rinkmini, one of Mr Chana's wives who is now 38 years old, said:
'We stay around him as he is the most important person in the house. He is the most handsome person in the village.
As at 2011, he said he was looking at marrying new wives to expand his family.

Dear LIB readers: My wife doesn't like our son

Posted: 29 Nov 2014 04:33 AM PST

From a LIB reader
I have three children with my wife. Two of our children are girls and the last who is just three years old is a boy but I have noticed that my wife treats him differently from his sisters. She's not patient with him and smacks him whenever he does something wrong instead of correcting him in a loving manner like a mother should. She also talks to him harshly. If I hadn't seen her give birth to him, I would have thought he was adopted. I have asked her many times why she treats him differently but she says I am just exaggerating. I knew this was getting out of hand when I contemplated getting a camera to see how she treats him when I am not around. That is his mother not his nanny so I shouldn't be scared to leave him alone with her but the sad truth is that I am. What should I do?

Khloe Kardashian's family wants her to dump French Montana

Posted: 29 Nov 2014 03:52 AM PST

Khloe K's family have reportedly told her to leave French Montana because he's cheating on her.
From TMZ
Khloe Kardashian needs to run for the hills -- away from French Montana -- and that's exactly what her family told her during a heart-to-heart talk Wednesday.
Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... the Kardashians believe French has been unfaithful to Khloe, and their evidence centers around his recent trip to Dubai.
We're told the family believes French was hooking up with a very pretty woman during the trip, and tried to use Kim as a cover. We know they told Khloe French sought out Kim during the trip so Khloe would see pics of the 2 of them and think he was just hanging with her sis ... nothing nefarious.
We're told the Kardashians say French's plan unraveled when Kim came home and told Khloe she was literally with French 10 seconds here and there. The family is convinced he used Kim to deceive Khloe.

Is this really the story behind Black Friday?

Posted: 29 Nov 2014 02:08 AM PST

The number one trending topic in most parts of the world yesterday, including Nigeria, was Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving where stores open early and slash prices of goods to kick off the holiday shopping season. But a group condemning the participation of blacks in the sales day say it stemmed from slavery. Really? Below is what they wrote
"This was the day after Thanksgiving when slave traders would sell slaves for a discount to assist plantation owners with more helpers for the upcoming winter (for cutting and stacking fire wood, winter proofing etc.), hence the name"

For all sexually active women, something for you to read...lol

Posted: 29 Nov 2014 01:54 AM PST

Found this article titled 'Each time a man connects with a woman sexually and releases his life form energy within her, he leaves a part of his information (DNA) in her birth canal" on BlackSupremacy, and thought to share. Read below and tell us if you agree with the writer's school of thoughts...
Each time a man connects with a woman sexually and releases his life form energy within her, he leaves a part of his information (DNA) in her birth canal. If she doesn't clean herself, his energy remain inside of her. That imprint can often create illusion sexual addiction to the individual.
When some one decide to have multiple partners, it can sometimes send mixed emotional signals within the inside of the body's vibration system. Women must be careful of different energies or spiritual forces polluting their internal temple. You are a sacred doorway, where life is intended to pass through, respect yourself, use your gifts wisely!

Just think about it and ask yourself… Ever wonder why they call it sexual intercourse (INTER-Course)? It's an internal course that unites man and woman, mind with mind, spirit with spirit, or energy with energy. This is something that a condom can't protect you against because energy is behind the elements of all flesh.

There is no such thing as "casual" sex or "friends with benefits". No, No, No, I Don't Think So!!! Intimate activity intricately entwines the energies between two people. Sex creates a powerful exchange of energy between those involved. These connections, imprints and debris are left upon the mind, soul and spirit for a long time because they are not easily purged or cleansed.

Casual sex' with multiple partners can intertwine the energies and spirits of a lot of people into your own aura if they are not severed and cleansed. You become joined to every person with whom your partner has slept, as well as all the partners those people had.

This type of "soul clutter" can be felt by your partner's subconscious. Even if they are not completely in tune or aware of the extra-curricular sexual activities, they still are able to sense the subtle disturbances of multiple energies and/or familiar spirits that have entered causing restlessness and inner turmoil.

The longer and more intimate the contact with another person, the more powerful the reinforcement and the interaction of the bond becomes, and all the more difficult it is for them to untangle and leave.

Soul stains, transference of odors, perceptive connections and even mutually formed habits are now left to burden the psyche long after that relationship has ended.

~use your conjuring powers wisely in every aspect of your life. Sexual energy is sacred~

Mum calls the police on her 9yr old daughter for attacking younger sister

Posted: 29 Nov 2014 01:29 AM PST

A woman in Indianapolis is being highly criticized by other parents after she called the police on her 9 year old daughter for punching her 6 year old younger sister in the head. She didn't just call the police, she filed charges against her own child. (the home where it happened)

The mother, Andrea Stumpf, who filmed the attack and showed it to the police as evidence when they came to her home said she filed charges to teach the little girl a lesson that violence is not the answer.

According to Fox 59, the 9 year old was arrested and charged with battery last weekend.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department spokesman later said the police officer made the decision to arrest the girl and book her because the mother insisted but talked about the significance of keeping children out of the criminal justice system if possible.
"We know that the younger kids get involved in the juvenile justice system, the more likely they are to keep getting involved with the system."
Was the mother right to call the police?

Over 200 killed in the bomb blast at Kano Central Mosque yesterday

Posted: 29 Nov 2014 01:28 AM PST

Over 200 people were reportedly killed in the bomb blast that occurred yesterday afternoon at the Kano Central Mosque where the Emir of Kano usually leads prayers. Some eye-witnesses and rescue officials put the figure at 300, making it one the deadliest bomb attacks in Nigeria.

According to eyewitnesses, three bombs went off one after the other at the 10,000 capacity Mosque during the Friday Jumat prayers. Two went off inside the Mosque, and one outside. And when people tried to flee the scene, gun men opened fire on worshipers. Many of the casualties were children who couldn't run as fast. Some were trampled to death in the mayhem that ensued.

When normalcy returned hours after the attack, the dead and wounded, said to be over 250, were taken to the Murtala Mohammed Specialist Hospital and the Nasarawa Hospital.

The Emir of Kano was out of the country when the incident occurred. He'd left the night before.

President Jonathan also cancelled his meeting with Nigerians entertainers at the Creative Industry event last night because of the blast.
