According to a statement from the bank, such candidates who must be university or polytechnic graduates of not more than three years prior to the time of application are to apply through the bank's website for a pre-qualification exercise. Those candidates who meet with the criteria will now be invited, taken through an intensive business appreciation programme, where they will learn practical book keeping, market intelligence, human resource management, conceptualization and implementation of business proposals among others. Yetunde Dehinbo, a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye and a participant in the programme, lauded the scheme, adding that "it is for people like me who really do not want to work for anybody." She said: "…from day one, I have always known that I want to have my own business but there is no money to give expression to the business ideas that I have. I am currently into trading but will require assistance like EGES to take it to the next level."

Facial Definition Made Easy! (Highlighting & Contouring)

Posted: 04 Nov 2014 05:08 AM PST

This has been made popular over the past 2 years by a few celebrities, but as a matter of fact, the technique has been in use for many decades.

The facial sculpting technique uses a darker shade to contour areas of the face that should naturally have a shadow and a lighter shade of product to highlight areas of the face where light hits the face.
This technique can be used to imitate different face shapes and conceal parts of the face.

The Zaron Face Definer is the absolute favourite contour kit for women of colour as it contains not just a contour powder and highlighter but also contains a bronzer that will give you the perfect glow for your skin.
The highlighter is used to reflect light off the face and to draw attention to certain areas of the face. These are areas that are usually prominent on the face like the bridge of the nose, underneath the eye, chin and on the brow bone.
The contour powder is used to create shadows and make areas where it is applied appear less prominent. It should be applied on areas such as beneath the cheekbones, the sides of the nose, the forehead and the crease of the eye. By applying the contour beneath the cheekbones, that area of the face is made darker and less prominent thereby enhancing the cheekbones and bringing them into focus. The same logic applies when you apply contour to the sides of the nose.
The bronzer should be applied slightly unto the apples of the cheeks blending upward into the hairline; it can also be applied to the bridge of the nose and the chin. This is to create a warm glowy or dewy effect.

The Zaron Face Definer comes in four different shades that have been perfectly combined to suit you. So whether you are really fair complexioned or very dark in complexion, Zaron has the perfect shade of product to help bring out your best features. The best part is it retails for as low as N2,980.
So what are you waiting for? Join the many smart women who use Zaron's Face Definer.

Vesico Vaginal Fistula (VVF) is a serious disability that can be experienced by women after childbirth. They are holes resulting from the breakdown in the tissue between the vaginal wall and the bladder or rectum caused by unrelieved obstructed labour. The consequence of such damage is a woman's inability to control the flow of urine or faeces. It occurs more often in young women during childbirth, as their bodies are not yet mature for the process.

The exercise which kicked off in June was a very successful one. The team of doctors carried out repair surgeries on 20 women whose lives had been adversely affected by this condition and it was so heart warming to restore hope and a chance at living normal lives to these women.

Aside from the surgeries, the foundation also donated surgical equipment and electrical supplies which was presented to the hospital at an event which took place at the hospital. In attendance was the Chief Medical Director of UCH Ibadan, Professor Temitope Alonge; Head of Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Professor Ayo Arowojodu and the Chief Medical Consultant, Department of Genitourinary & Urogynaecology Professor O. A. Ojengbede.

The Extended Hands Foundation was founded by star actress Stephanie Linus who has been passionate about touching the lives of women with this condition for many years.
