His name is Tonye Cole and he's a Nigerian oil magnate. He was apparently recently speaking at Harvard University and she was spotted there with him, walking around the campus. There's only one problem though, Kenya girl, you got to close your legs to married men. I'm sorry Kenya. We here at the Wendy show tried to dig deep to get you much information about stories, we checked out his Facebook page, his status and he's married with kids. Although in certain cultures you're allowed to have more than wife and children are all around the place, he's not from here so he might have a different way. But Kenya is from here, why would you settle for that Kenya? I know, he's a prince. I get it. PRESS STATEMENT BY AISHA FALODE THE MURDER OF MY SON, OLUWADAMILOLA OLORUNTOBA FALODE IN COLD BLOOD BY MR. FAISAL ALDAKMARY AL-NASSER AND MISS OLIVIA MELANIE RICHARDS EVANS AND THE COVER-UP BY THE DUBAI POLICE. I am Aisha Falode, Mother of 19 year old Toba Falode. I'm giving the following statement as fact in the unfortunate death of my son. Oluwadamilola Oloruntoba Falode, who was a student of SAE Institute, Dubai in the UAE admitted to study Audio Production in October, 2013 and resided on the 17th floor of Manchester Towers, Dubai Marina. In the early hours of the 15thof February, 2014, I received a call from the security guard at my son's apartment block informing me that something serious had just happened to my son, Toba. I then immediately called his close friend, Nick Allison, a South African, who then informed me that my Toba had passed on from falling from the balcony of his 17th floor apartment. Upon hearing this, I made various frantic calls to Toba's pastor (his guardian in Dubai), to go to the scene. After which I was informed that the police had arrested all those at the scene and also taken the body of my son away. Four family members then proceeded to retrieve my son's body and also met with the Deputy Director of the Jebel Ali police station, who read out the preliminary report to the family and mentioned Faisal's name which was mysteriously missing in the report that was later given to the family. The summary of the police report is as follows: a. That they confirmed that Toba died in the morning of the 15th of February 2014 at approximately 4am. b.That they indicated that this occurred around the premises of Toba's apartment, the Manchester Tower, Dubai Marina. c. That they confirmed that there were 5 other people with him at the time of his death – (4) four boys and 1 girl - a Nigerian, a French Canadian national, a South African and a Saudi national. The girl is British. d. That close to the time of the accident, Toba was on the balcony of his flat with his alleged girlfriend. e. That Toba was sitting on the railing of his balcony with his feet off the floor and that he was swinging in this position backward and forward. f. That his girlfriend was still there with him, and was warning him to be careful. g.That she later went inside the flat and shortly after, they all noticed that Toba was no longer sitting on the railings or on the balcony, and must have fallen down from the balcony railings. h.That his friends all rushed down and found him lying dead in front of the apartment block. i. That they then called the Police who took charge of things. j. That all statements of the witnesses as described above were similar and that they were all interviewed separately. k. That forensic evidence including the examination of Toba's body at autopsy did not reveal anything to contradict this version of events. l. That there were no injuries on Toba's body inconsistent with a fall from a great height as the cause of his death. m. That there was no evidence of bruising or other injury to indicate anything else could be blamed as the cause of his death. n.That based on their findings, they decided therefore not to conduct a full internal autopsy. o.That if from their investigations they had even the slightest indication of anything other than this version of events they would definitely have conducted an autopsy. However, because of the various inconsistencies in the Police Report given to my family, and because I know the apartment layout very well and my motherly intuition I knew something was not right. So I decided to investigate further by myself accompanied by a family member and my family lawyer Mr. Festus Keyamo. We travelled to Dubai in April and met with some of my son's friends who were present in the apartment on that fateful day. The summary of the accounts of these friends were totally different from what the police report indicated and revealed a weak attempt by the authorities in Dubai to hide facts that pointed to the fact that my poor son was murdered. This account, the friends (witnesses) in question volunteered to give as written statements to me. Summary of account as follows: a. That sometime in December, 2013, the said Faisal Aldakmary Al-Nasser stormed the apartment of my deceased son Oloruntoba Falode and ordered Miss Olivia Melanie Richards Evans (his supposed girlfriend) out of Toba's apartment, accusing her of having an affair with Toba. b.That a fight was to have ensued from this confrontation, but for the intervention of other mutual friends. Since then, there was no love lost between Toba and Faisal Aldakmary Al-Nasser. c. That in the evening of the 14th of February, 2014, Toba, together with his friends, namely, Ebele Oladeji Onwugbufor, Nick Allison and Joachim Senteni went to a club in Dubai known as M Deck, Media 1 Hotel, Media City. d.That at the club, they met the said Faisal Aldakmary Al-Nasser and Miss Olivia Melanie Richards Evans who were also at the club. e. That again an argument started at the Club concerning Olivia, and shortly after this, Faisal and Olivia left the Club. f. That shortly after the two left the club, Toba and his friends also left the club. g.On their return to Toba's apartment, Toba, Nick and Deji were shocked and surprised to find Faisal and Olivia outside Toba's Apartment door, waiting and Olivia was crying hysterically and appeared frightened while Faisal, however appeared calm, with a determined look on his face. h.That after they all went into the apartment, after which Toba, Faisal and Miss Olivia Melanie Richards Evans entered his room "to sort things out". i. That shortly after, the three of them exited the room and moved on to the balcony of the apartment on the 17th floor. j. That there were signs of serious argument coming from the balcony with raised voices and flaying hands by faisal visible through the glass door of the balcony. k. That after about twenty seconds Faisal and Olivia came back into the room and announced that Toba had fallen off the railings. However, Faisal had blood splattered all over his shirt and he had bloody knuckles. There was also a noticeable cut on his finger. l. That at this point they all rushed downstairs to see Toba's dead body lying meters away from the building (approximately 12 to 15 meters). m. That the position of my Toba's body (which can still be verified today) was not consistent with someone falling from the balcony (in which case the body would be much closer to the building) but was consistent with someone that was violently pushed from the balcony. n.That the police arrived thereafter and arrested all of them to the station. o.That before and during the journey to the station, Faisal kept repeating to the hearing of everyone that the maximum punishment for him would be twenty-five (25) years in jail and that the other boys should not worry. Meanwhile, Olivia remained hysterical. p.That at the station, Faisal and Olivia were kept away from the rest and were interviewed separately, whereas the other three were kept in a separate room and interviewed separately. q.The witnesses were clear that the above account was what was narrated and written as statements at the police station, A vital piece of information deliberately omitted in the Police Report which did not make any reference to the presence of Faisal or Miss Olivia Melanie Richards Evans on the balcony when Toba allegedly fell. r. That Faisal was released without taking the blood stained T-shirt from him as should have been done in any investigative matter. I am appealing to my Government that I have done much more than I should do as a grieving mother who was left with no option but to start investigating my own son's murder by myself. I implore the Nigerian Government to prevail on the authorities in Dubai to re-open the investigation into the murder of my son Toba Falode and to bring to book Mr. Faisal Aldakmary Al-Nasser and Miss Olivia Melanie Richards Evans both of whom murdered him in cold blood. The loss of a son is not what any parent should have to suffer, let alone a brutal murder. I do not wish this on any one because the pain is not only excruciating but almost unbearable. JUSTICE MUST PREVAIL NOT ONLY FOR MY DEAR TOBA, BUT ALSO IN HONOUR OF THE MEMORY OF ALL THE OTHER YOUNG LIVES THAT HAVE BEEN CUT SHORT BRUTALLY. IF NO ONE ACTS EVERYONE IS AT RISK OF THIS UNFATHOMABLE PAIN. I am asking for justice for my son and prayers from everyone that God in his infinite mercy gives my family and I the strength to bear this great loss. THANK YOU. | Solange deletes all but one pic of Beyoncé from her Instagram page Posted: 13 May 2014 09:42 AM PDT  Solange has deleted all of Beyoncé's pictures from her instagram page leaving only one picture which she uploaded over a year ago that shows herself, Beyonce and a friend in a happy mood. (pic above). Whether she deliberately left the pic on the page or it was an oversight is unclear. What is also unclear is when exactly Solange removed all the pics. It was definitely after the attack on Jay Z on Monday night but it's not clear if it was before or after the video was released by TMZ yesterday. Some sites are reporting she took them down before we all knew what happened, while some say they observed she took them down immediately after the video was released. Solange has also not tweeted since the video was leaked. | ||

| Parents identify 4 abducted girls in Boko Haram video, but most still cannot see their daughters Posted: 13 May 2014 09:25 AM PDT  Four parents of missing Chibok girls are said to have identified their missing daughters in the video released by Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, yesterday. According to Sahara reporters, Mrs Esther Mutali, one of the mothers of the missing girls say some parents of the abducted girls in their community have been able to identify their daughters in the video. According to Madam Esther, those identified include two senior students from Askari Uba Secondary School and Wuyo Secondary School respectively. Both schools are near Chibok. A third girl, whose name was given as "Abdu Hauwa", has also been identified by her mother. The source added that a fourth girl, Adiza Isah, has also been sighted in the video, making the total of identified girls four. Continue... A Community leader in Chibok, Allan Manessah, however says most parents whom he visited in the community were not able to identify their daughters in the video released yesterday and that he also visited one of the girls who escaped from the boko haram hideout and she could not recognize any of the girls in the video. He says his fear is that the whole video release may be a ploy by Boko Haram leader to divert attention from the security experts pursuing him for the girls release. Meanwhile sources in the Borno state government say the state government has set up a committee headed by the Chibok Local Government Chairman to handle the identification of the girls. The official revealed that the state government plans to assemble the parents of the abducted girls living in Maiduguri and its surrounding areas to watch the video at the Government House today to enable them to identify their daughters. | ||
| Posted: 13 May 2014 09:55 AM PDT  During his sermon this past Sunday May 11th, pastor Tunde Bakare of Latter Rain Assembly, went hard on the American government and their offer to assist Nigeria to fight Boko Haram. Watched the video and here's a summary of what he said. According to Bakare, CNN media crew coming to Abuja a few weeks ago to cover the Chibok girls story took him back to a vision God showed him during a conference he had in 2005 at Adebola House in Lagos. He said in the vision, he rode on God's back into former US President Bush's war room and saw the former president plotting on how to destabilize Nigeria. He said he immediately started praying at the conference declaring that Nigeria is not Iraq and that Bush would be burnt in the bush while Condolezza Rice would end up in the cooking pot. He played the video of his preaching in 2005 where he shared the vision to the conference attendees. About Isha Sesay of CNN, pastor Bakare said she's been very disrespectful to Nigerian Government officials who she has been interviewing since she came into the country, making a whole Minister of Information Labaran Maku look like a school boy and showing no regard for his office or even the government he represents. He said to some extent we would say yes she should give it to him because all of a sudden it appears we have no government. Continue... He called out the First Lady for her recent media frenzy saying her actions made her expose her lack of education using the word sharing instead of shedding. He says one of the judgment upon a nation is that low quality people would rule over you. He said that is how low we have fallen. He said we should chase away the foxes before we focus on the chickens. He titled his message War on Terror, War on Terrorist and War on their sponsor. He took a swipe at Pres. Jonathan for saying to the media that they knew more than him. He expressed his sadness at the President's remark during his media chat that we should not compare stealing with corruption. He said however Pres. Jonathan is still doing his best. He said Ekiti state coming 34th in the just concluded West African Examination Council (WAEC) is an indication that we have fallen, saying that the pride of Ekiti before now was an avalanche of Top academicians. He said members of the National delegates clamoring for new states are missing the point and that creation of new states is not our problem. On Boko Haram and the bombings that have been associated with them, he said he doubts that the men are able to assemble a bomb together. He said boko haram men are not the ones behind the sporadic bombings in Kano, that they don' have the sophistication. He said there is a foreign orchestration of evil against Nigeria. He said the whole Chibok girls kidnapping is all conspiracy. He wondered how two hundred girls could be kidnapped, the school burnt down and no one could stop it. He wondered why the Sambisa forest cannot be invaded by the military right in our country. According to him, this is the same Nigeria who sent military forces to Liberia. He wondered if this is not the same Nigeria when Chad citizens invaded Nigeria and killed 5 soldiers during Shagari days and Buhari rolled tanks and pursued the Chad people even into their territory and whole world pleaded that we stop. He said Americans are angry because Nigerian government had the guts to invade Liberia which is an American territory and they say they would teach us a lesson that we would never forget and said that is the terror that we are experiencing now. He wondered with the videos Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau is releasing, he cannot be traced with the mast or live feeds of the videos. He said the West just wants to ridicule Nigeria before the world and in the end force us to do their bidding. He expressed anger in our government asking for international help saying where was the international community when we fought our civil war. He prayed for all those sponsoring terror in Nigeria- that their economies would fall, that God would also start trouble in their lands, they would reap multiple terror and that their youngmen and women would rise up against them. He prayed that any Nigerian ruler - Obi, Oba, Emir or politician working in support of terror in Nigeria, that the wrath of God would fall upon them and their children wherever they are and that their families shall be terrorized. He said we the citizens should not panic and that God has preserved us including the Chibok girls that were kidnapped. Watch the video below | ||

| GEJ seeks 6 months extension of emergency rule in Borno, Yobe, Adamawa Posted: 13 May 2014 07:27 AM PDT   In a media chat on May 4th, the president had hinted that there would be an extension of emergency rule in these states since peace has not been restored there. Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states have witnessed high rates of attacks by Boko Haram and have been placed on emergency rule since May 1st 2013. The new proposed extention if implemented would elapse in November 2014, three months before the general election. There has been some criticisms in some quarters against the extension. Some people believe the emergency rule earlier implemented had not reduced or stopped the killings in the states and so this new extension would still have no effect. | ||

| Zaaki Azzay remarries two years after first marriage packed up Posted: 13 May 2014 06:02 AM PDT   Zaaki quietly married his new wife, 24 year old Hembadoon Ugema (pictured right) at the bride's family home in Ushongo in Makurdi, Benue state this past Saturday May 10th. According to people in the know, Zaaki's new wife is kinda related to his ex-wife. Hembadoon's mum is married to Hadiza's father's younger brother (Hadiza's uncle) and this family drama forced the girl's family to suspend the wedding, which was supposed to hold in April, until it was resolved. Congrats to them. | ||

| Nigerian police/Lagos state government warn against jungle justice Posted: 13 May 2014 04:14 AM PDT  In a statement released last Friday, the state Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Ade Ipaye, said; "The full weight of the law would be brought to bear on anyone henceforth caught engaging in jungle justice, no matter what the alleged criminal could have done. The mob may well be wrong and the helpless victim may be anyone's child or relative. Even if they did commit the alleged offence, there is a process for prosecuting and showing the evidence in court so that proven criminals can be properly punished according to law,"Meanwhile, the Nigerian Police also released a statement this morning, saying anybody caught engaging in jungle justice will bear the full wrath of the law. POLICE WARN AGAINST EXTRA-JUDICIAL KILLINGS · As IGP tasks Zonal AIGs, CPs to protect citizens' Rights Deeply concerned about the increasing tendency by some citizens to resort to extra-judicial killings - Jungle Justice - against those suspected to have committed one crime or another in Nigeria, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP MD Abubakar, CFR, NPM, mni, psc has warned citizens to desist from such reprehensible acts. Noting that every Nigerian citizen is entitled to the Fundamental Right of fair hearing, the IGP insists that none is guilty except a law court of competent jurisdiction expressly says so. He therefore has directed Zonal AIGs, Command CPs and other field Commanders to take adequate measures to ensure that the rights of every Nigerian citizen, including those of suspected criminals, are protected. The IGP warns that any person found to be involved in any acts of impunity or jungle justice must bear the full wrath of the law as two wrongs cannot make a right. Noting that the Force is not opposed to citizens or members of Vigilante groups exercising their powers of arrest as private citizens, the IGP insists that such powers must be exercised within the confines of the Law. Therefore, all such persons arrested must be immediately handed over to the nearest Police Station within the shortest possible time. The IGP also called on the social and critical mass particularly the Human Rights Community and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to live up to their responsibility of enlightening the public on the dangers and consequences associated with engaging in jungle justice. While promising that the Police will continue to work with other relevant authorities in ensuring quick dispensation of justice at the Law Courts, the IGP implores citizens to repose confidence in the Police and the entire Justice System.
