21yr old Israeli woman who was stabbed by a Palestinian terrorist dies

Israeli woman identified as Hadar Buchris who was stabbed this afternoon by a Palestinian terrorist at the Gush Etzion Junction on the West Bank has died. Buchris was given emergency treatment at the scene but was declared dead at the hospital. Photo Credit: News Executive

Nelson Jombo is out with a suspense-packed and thrilling movie titled, Espionage. Espionage is an action packed spy flick complimented with top-notch acting. The cast includes; Alex Ekubo, Uru Eke, Kenneth Okoli, Laurel Je amongst others. The movie was directed by ace director Uzee Madubugwu.

Espionage is the story of Grace (Uru Eke), the best undercover agent at JFCC because she gets the mission done. Now she is going under cover again as a writer for 2 wealthy brothers (Alex Ekubo and Kenneth Okoli) involved in cyber-crime, money laundering and murder. In the midst of the operation, she gets intimate with one of the brothers and this might turn out to be her greatest undoing.


Will her feelings for one of the brothers cloud her judgement? Will Grace use this new found intimacy to get her mission accomplished? These are some of the questions that will be answered as the movie hits cinemas across the nation. According to Uzee Madubugwu, the film's director, Espionage is a more tasking than other works he has directed. He confessed that "excellence was my driving force when I was directing the film. I want people to watch a very well done movie, that's why we paid attention to the smallest of details."

The producer in an exclusive chat described his new movie as extremely challenging in terms of production and acting. But he was however of the opinion that it is a movie that will raise the bar because of the picture quality and the interpretation of roles. He also disclosed that "learning filmmaking under my sister I was made to understand that you should strive to do better than your previous achievements and that is why I invested a lot into making this film and I am convinced it is going to do well". Nelson Jombo's professionalism and attention to detail has seen him become one of the breakout movie makers of the last three years.

He is now a force to be reckoned with in the industry as he continues to expand and launch into new frontiers. His movies are now a delight for movie lovers and fans look forward to his projects with bated breath. Other projects Nelson Jombo has worked on include movies like Stolen Lives, House Girl Lover, and my Rich Boyfriend among others.

NDLEA arrests suspected drug baron, seizes 576kg of narcotics

In a statement issued by Mitchell Ofoyeju, Head, Public Affairs, NDLEA, in Lagos today, NDLEA says thay have arrested a suspected drug baron named Tochukwu Ubah who is alleged to be coordinating a large volume of methamphetamine and ephedrine distribution in the country.

The statement said Mr. Ubah was arrested by the agency's Special Enforcement Team, SET, at the old local section of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos upon arrival from Enugu. 'He was apprehended after intense undercover operations in connection with illegal exportation of 576kgs of narcotics to Durban, South Africa through Apapa Port.

The drug made up of 266kg of methamphetamine and 310kgs of ephedrine valued at N4.6 billion were hidden inside noodles, cereals and palm oil.'

Suicide Bomber Kills Seven In IDPs Camp in Borno

No fewer than seven persons have been confirmed killed after a Female suicide bomber attacked an IDP camp in Borno state today. Eyewitnesses say the suicide bomber infiltrated a queue where IDPs were being screened for onward evacuation from Dikwa Local government council to a makeshift camp in Maiduguri. Three officials of the Civilian Joint Task Force were also injured in the attack.

Australian amateur photographer Jenny Andersen captured the moment a jackal missed it's dinner. The jackal was lying in wait for the flocks of birds that fly into a watering hole in Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, on the border of South Africa and Botswana. The jackal leaped into the watering hole in hot pursuit of the birds but wasn't quick enough and was forced to retire, wet and hungry, to await another chance.

Kogi APC governorship candidate Prince Audu Abubakar dies

Prince Audu Abubakar, the APC candidate in the state's governorship election which held yesterday November 21st, reportedly slumped and died this afternoon. He is pictured above just yesterday as he casted his vote. According to Sahara Reporters, Audu died of undisclosed medical reasons shortly after INEC declared his victory at the elections inconclusive. Cause of death is unknown. Details later

Leader of Agbara bank robbery arrested in Delta state

The Leader of the gang that robbed some banks at the Agbara Housing Estate in Ogun state last week Thursday, has been arrested in Sapele, Delta state. Police sources say operatives of the In­spector General Of Police, Special In­telligence Response Team (SIRT) arrested the gang leader identified as Kelly Rotor at a wedding in Sapele yesterday where he was lavishing his own share of the loot from the bank robbery that saw a pregnant woman and a police officer get killed.

Kelly who was with some of his other gang members engaged the police in a shootout after they were rounded up. A police officer was killed during the shoot out.

Kelly who suffered gun shot wounds, was arrested and is now being interrogated. Police is currently working to get his other gang members arrested.

Kogi governorship election declared inconclusive, INEC to conduct a rerun

INEC returning officer for the Kogi state governorship election which held yesterday November 21st, has declared the election inconclusive. This comes after over 40,000 results from various polling units were declared invalid due to some irregularities. INEC will announce a new date for a rerun.
