Footballer Dickson Etuhu arrested In Sweden after brawl at a Nightclub

33 year old former Super Eagles midfielder, Dickson Etuhu was arrested in Sweden on Sunday Nov. 1st after allegedly being involved in a scuffle with security guards and police officers outside a night club. Dickson who previously played for Manchester City, Sunderland, Fulham and Blackburn, is now signed on with Stockholm-based side AIK.

According to reports, Dickson and two other men were denied entrance to the club venue, before the police were called to the scene. He has since released a statement via his club website confirming the incident. He wrote


"I want to confirm that I am the AIK player that was involved in the incident that has been reported in the media during the last two days. I'm coming forward because I don't want any more speculation surrounding my team-mates about who was involved and I have always stood up for my actions. I have talked to my club and the police about what in my opinion happened on Sunday night, and I will today file a report to the police about what I believe caused the incident and the way the security staff acted. I have no further comments since it is now an ongoing police investigation.". His club director of football, Björn Wesström said" It's never good news when anyone in our club is involved in this kind of matter. I have been in contact with the player and had a good conversation with him in which he calmly gave his version of the story."

Halle Berry's first ex-husband David Justice, 49, who divorced her in 1997 after 4 years of marriage is finally speaking out about the a-list actress. During his Twitter rant yesterday, Justice insinuated that Halle was the problem behind all her three failed marriages and several relationships. Speaking exclusively with MailOnline, David said;" 
'I had to say something after reading about Halle's recent marriage,' he said. So many years ago, I didn't say anything about the accusations that I abused her, but now I have three children, ages, 15, 13 and 11, two boys and one girl, and they can read this stuff and they have friends who will read it as well so I had to finally come out and say once and for all I never hit Halle Berry. 
'Back then it didn't matter, but it's different now. Halle never said I hit her but she never said I didn't either, which was disappointing. 
'Let me tell you something, I was raised by a single mother and I love and respect her dearly, I would never hit a woman. Never. So, now I have said all that I am going to say on the subject. I am not the face of Halle Berry's exes, I won't be going on TV to talk about this. I just wanted to make sure my wife, my children and the rest of my family, friends and fans know the truth. 
'But one more thing...people in Hollywood knew the truth then but no one spoke up on my behalf. Again, disappointing, but that was 20 years ago and I won't be doing anymore tweeting on the subject. I have said what I needed to say so now, I'm done.'
In 1996, Justice told People Magazine that the relationship wasn't what he bargained for saying, 'she wasn't the same person I was with before we got married.' 

He went on to say his wife got mad when he watched ESPN and accused him of cheating whenever she saw a picture of him with a woman who might be standing next to him.

He added that Berry carried a lot of baggage from her previous relationships and always suspicious. 'I've never known a girl who could throw a tantrum like she does.'

Berry publicly admitted that she attempted suicide after her marriage to Justice fell apart.

Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose earlier today stopped his convoy to see the state of the Oja Bisi market where he met with this old woman pictured with him and had a talk with her. While talking, the old woman complained that she had been trying to reach him on the mobile number he gave out to the state residents but had not been successful. She said she called to invite him to her mother's funeral this Friday. Fayose asked for an invite which she said she had finished sharing them. Buhari insists some ministers will not get any portfolio

President Buhari has restated his earlier position that some of the screened ministers will not be getting any portfolio in the yet to be constituted cabinet. President Buhari had earlier stated this in an interview with Channels TV in India last week. He restated his position today while receiving the list of screened and confirmed ministers from Senate President Saraki this afternoon
"The constitution certainly said there must be one member of the cabinet from all the states but the constitution did not say I must have 36 ministries so I will exploit that detail because of the economic imperative to have lots of ministers, substantive ministers, let me put it that way. I think that the economy as I have seen it now since my sitting here for the last four months, that we are so much battered.
Although some people are saying I am giving bad publicity and scaring away investors. Any investor who is interested in investing in Nigeria will seem to know more about the economy more than ourselves. So when I come and tell the truth about the position of the economy of the country, I am going out looking for investors. But I am confirming to them that we are truthful, that we need them to come and help us help ourselves by getting in industries, manufacturing and services. They know our needs. The economy of human resources, I believe will make them eventually come and help us"he said

MTN denies reaching agreement with NCC over $5.2 billion fine

There were reports that MTN had agreed to pay the over one trillion Naira fine slapped on them by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) ) for violating its directive on SIM deactivation.

In a statement issued yesterday by South Africa's MTN Group, they said they are still in talks with Nigerian authority about the fine "MTN continues to engage authorities in Nigeria on this matter"

Meanwhile, there are reports that FG has agreed to extend MTN's operating license, despite no agreement on the fine. (MTN Group CEO  Sifiso Dabengwa pictured above)

Augustine Otasowie Omokaro (born in the 80ths), goes by the stage name A.D.O, was born, bred and raised in Nigeria. Lived in Edo state before moving to Lagos apapa queens barrack ike at a very tender age. Music from the get go has always been his motivation. He's a Nigerian rap/hip hop artist Based in Canada.



As a child developing mentally and physically into a man he never thought of doing music because of the hurdles and thunderstorms associated with beat riding, musical productions and promotions. In Africa, most people never got the privilege to do what they loved doing automatically becoming a dream chaser because of what our parents made us be but one thing he did notice about his inner self right from inception has always been his love for good music. Music got him tripping when the bread wasn't coming. always loved being around and watching musicians performing. Dope beats banging with lyrics soaked in every veins of the artist, it was like a glorious moment for him. Seeing, watching and learning the birth of good music from the claps Goin way back to the beats, the artist, production and mastering. moving to Canada was a game changer life wasn't easy getting to know what it feels like being away from home and meeting new people from deffrent countries.

When he first moved to Canada, the first friend he had was a Canadian artist who was very cool with him trying to upload the map of the city into his medulla but at that time he had a studio at home that he would always take him to and he will just sit there and watch him and his friend record tracks on tracks but sometimes he ask them for a pillow to sleep at the studio because he was very shy at that time going into, getting behind that huge phantom mic just to record a couple of tracks.
He recorded a few tracks back then and asked his friend who had the studio to help him mix and master just for his own listening.

He has always been a shy type. Felt his music was for his ears only until one day when his song was actually played out to a few friends who never saw him doing his thing as per music but when they did every one encouraged him to do, at that time he thought they were laughing at him not until one day when he had one of his friend a Canadian artist who was working on his album called him up for features and he was really surprised and shocked after that he developed total interest in what he was known for as per sense of music which is to rap and flow in Edo and English language.

His interest in the music industry is to bring his people (Benin) close to the music industry if have been blessed with the talent it took him so many years trying to be what he wasn't made for before it got to a point in his life that he couldn't escape it all but to let go.

He finally saw himself loving music more and more to a delivery point being an artist wasn't by choice as he was born to do this.

As a human he enjoy all type of music because he grew up knowing that music is Life and through bad / good times music has always been his energy, his blood and also enjoyed being around people who have something productive to talk about. A.D.O is an easy going guy with a big heart of love that revives human soul.

He's type of music is breeding old school, cultural music and modern days hip hop and RnB together have worked with a lot of Canadian artist even before he even thinks of releasing a song of his own.

Now as it goes great , he has decided to brand the story of Adam and Eve into mind blowing music titled "ADAM AND EVE" produced by "Apya" mastered "Dr. Rad" .

Pakistani woman dies after being set ablaze by ex-lover for rejecting marriage proposal

A 20 year old Pakistani woman, Sonia Bibi, died after a rejected suitor set her on fire for refusing his marriage proposal. She was admitted to a hospital last month, where she told police that her former lover had doused her with petrol and set her alight for turning down his proposal.  The incident took place in a remote village of Multan district in central Punjab province. About 45 to 50 per cent of her body had been burned in the attack. Her injuries became infected and ultimately killed her. Police have since arrested a 24-year-old suspect.

A four year old boy identified as Steve Kanu was forcefully kidnapped at his parents home at Laderin Estate in Abeokuta, Ogun state yesterday November 2nd evening. Eyewitnesses say the little boy opened the gate to his parents compound for people who pretended to be visitors.

Immediately they saw him, they took him and whisked him into a waiting vehicle that had no number plate. Efforts to chase them by some residents was unsuccessful as the kidnappers kept shooting as they fled the scene. The state police command say they are currently working to free the boy.
