Amber Heard files for restraining order against Johnny Depp, claims physical assault (photos of her alleged injury)

Never thought I'd read allegations like this against Johnny Depp...Read the exclusive report from TMZ below...
Amber Heard just showed up in court with a bruise on her face claiming Johnny Depp physically assaulted her and she's the victim of repeated domestic violence ... TMZ has learned, but sources connected to Johnny are calling BS, saying Amber "is an affront to real victims of domestic violence."
Heard showed up with her lawyer, Samantha Spector, armed with photos showing various bruises ... she claims Depp inflicted various times during their marriage. We obtained this pic ... showing Amber with a bruise around her eye, which she says Depp inflicted Saturday night. Heard claims the pic was taken shortly after she was allegedly struck.

She claims Depp smashed his iPhone on her face.

Amber claims during the alleged attack, Johnny shattered various objects in the apartment. She says she was on the phone with a friend during the fight, and when Johnny grabbed her phone she screamed to her friend, "Call the cops!" The friend called 911 and cops came to the residence.
Amber says when cops arrived Johnny had already fled, so they took a report.

We're told cops told Amber they would find Johnny and arrest him if she gave a statement about the alleged violence, but she refused. Officers told her if she changed her mind she could call them.

Cops gave Amber this business card and told her to call if she wants to press charges. As far as we know, she has not gone back to the cops.
Heard claims after he allegedly hit her he offered her money to stay quiet, but instead she filed for divorce first thing Monday morning.
Amber says she has video of one of the beatings.

It's interesting ... she's asking for a temporary restraining order claiming there's an immediate threat of harm, but Depp has been out of town since Wednesday promoting his new movie. Depp's lawyer, Laura Wasser, appeared on his behalf.
TMZ broke the story ... 3 days after Depp's mom died, Amber filed for divorce. And one week after his mom died, she's claiming domestic violence.
As for why Depp and his people are calling BS ... first she never filed a police report, and she posted Instagram pics after the alleged beating and never showed any injury.

Update:
The judge just granted a temporary restraining order, requiring Johnny to stay 100 yards away from Amber, at least until a hearing next month. That's not a real problem since Johnny is in Europe promoting his movie.

The judge also gave her the right to live in the family home. The judge rejected many other requests by Amber ... notably, the judge said no to an order keeping Johnny away from at least one of their dogs, saying there was "an insufficient showing to protect the pet dog." It's unclear why the judge didn't reference the second dog.

And Amber also got shut down when it came to awarding spousal support -- she wanted $50k per month -- and attorney's fees. The judge also rejected her request for possession of their Range Rover and another request to force Johnny into anger management.

Update:
Amber Heard claims in legal docs ... during their entire relationship Johnny Depp was verbally and physically abusive, and she lays part of the blame on drug and alcohol abuse. TMZ has obtained the legal docs Amber filed to support her claim that Johnny smashed an iPhone against her face Saturday night, which she claims triggered her move to file for divorce.

As we reported, cops came but she declined to file a report. Amber claims, before the alleged incident over the weekend -- during her birthday party at home last month ... Johnny showed up "inebriated and high." She says after the guests left, they argued and he threw a magnum-sized bottle of champagne at the wall and a wine glass at her. She says he grabbed her by the shoulders and pushed her onto the bed. She also says he grabbed her by the hair and shoved her to the floor.

Amber says she didn't see Johnny again for a month, until Saturday night. She says he was drunk and high again and they were talking about his mom's passing the day before. She says he "suddenly began obsessing" about something, got mad, grabbed the phone, "wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye." She claims he also pulled her hair and struck her, then she says he grabbed a magnum-sized bottle of wine, chugged some and then used the bottle to break objects around the house.

Amber Heard had no evidence of any injuries when cops came to her home Saturday night after getting a 911 call ... this according to LAPD law enforcement sources.

As we reported, when cops arrived Amber refused to file a police report. She now claims Johnny hurled a cell phone at her face, badly bruising her eye, but our law enforcement sources say they saw no injury at all. In fact, we're told she never alleged any brutality ... just that they had an argument.
Our sources say she refused to offer any more information, so they left.

As we reported, sources connected with Johnny say Amber is lying ... making up the domestic violence story. One of the things Johnny points to is Instagram ... Amber was tagged in a pic showing she was partying with friends Sunday, the day after the alleged attack.
The LAPD says they had no reason to believe Johnny Depp struck Amber Heard with his phone when they were called to the couple's apartment.

I'm an outside-the-box thinker and heard about gay male escorts making big money in Hollywood. I figured if I put some serious effort into promoting myself, I could get clients in the entertainment industry.

So here's the story of my encounter with Corey Gamble from Keeping up with the Kardashians. It was 12 a.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2015. I was hanging out The Nice Guy in West Hollywood with my friend from Chicago. Suddenly, I received a call on my iPhone from an escort agency I had recently signed up for.
The operator tells me I have 30 minutes to make it to the location. She gave me a warning that it was a well-paying client. The location was at the London Luxury Hotel in West Hollywood and the room was a penthouse suite.
I quickly told my best friend I had to go handle some business. I let him know we would catch up before he left back home to Chicago. I arrived at the London Hotel and knocked on the door.
When the door opened I was shocked to see Corey Gamble from Keeping up with the Kardashians standing right in front of me. I walked into the room and asked if anyone else was present. He said a camera was watching my every move.
Corey: "You have to keep this a secret or I will have to take legal action."
Me: "I promise I won't tell a soul."
Corey: "How much do you charge?"
Me: "Before I answer that question, I need you to tell me exactly what you want from me. Be as specific as possible." Corey: "I want to pay you for [ORAL RELATIONS]. How much will that cost me."
Me: "$1,500 dollars, in my pocket by the time you [FINISH]."
Corey: "Pull down my pants. I need you to see what I'm working with." I slowly pulled down his pants and we laid down in the bed. Before it really hit me, I realized I was giving Kris Jenner's boyfriend an [EXPLICIT ACT].
I was going to get paid to make him feel good and I wasn't going to turn back. I tried to think about a man I actually have a crush on. I imagined pulling Chris Brown's pants down and performing [EXPLICIT ACT] on him.

Toronto police put out funny mugshots of missing rodents...lol

Two capybaras have escaped from a zoo in Toronto sparking a manhunt and a police warrant. Zookeepers at Toronto's 399-acre High Park Zoo have described the animals, which look like guinea pigs, as "quite shy" and officials have warned members of the public not approach the male and female pair - they may be armed and dangerous. lol


Capybara are herbivorous and indigenous to South America and can weigh up to 150 pounds, making them the world's largest rodents.

A student has been hospitalized following a fire outbreak at the Cross River State College of Education, COE Akamkpa female hostel today, May 27.

According to CrossRiverWatch, the fire started at about 11am in the change-over switch at the hostel entrance and caused extensive damage to the building and property of the residents with no immediate help or means of putting off the inferno.


"The fire extinguishers at the hostel were empty at the time of the fire incident. It was after this event that the College Management bought new ones just today" CRW reports.
The Deputy Provost, Dean of Students Affairs, Hostel Supervisors and some lecturers rushed to the scene of the incident after the fire outbreak. Fortunately, most of the students had gone for lectures or there would have been serious fatalities.

One of the female students who was sleeping in the hostel while the fire was raging fainted as a result of smoke and was rushed her to the hospital.

The Hostel Porter while speaking to CrossRiverWatch said,
"The incidents is as a result of electricity upsurge. Yesterday the engineer tried to pump the uncharged water tap, but could not pump water, so he left without informing the management that there is electricity fault, so the next morning when the generator was powered, it resulted to this incident that has now inconvenienced all the dwellers in the female hostel B'"

Man is whipped publicly for having sex with another man's wife (photos)

The story is on UK Daily Mail and they claim it happened in Nigeria. But when did they start whipping people in Nigeria for adultery? Anyway, to the story. The video which was allegedly shot in Nigeria shows a man being held down and whipped for committing adultery with someone else's wife. He was held down on a bench and whipped with sticks after an angry mob marched him through the village.



He got up in protest after four strikes but he was held down by a young man as the executioner continued to rain strokes on him. He made a second break for it when the pain became unbearable but he was lifted back unto the bench and held down as the flogging continued.

The punishment is reportedly supposed to serve as a deterrent to other potential adulterers and the video has been widely shared on social media.

Dear Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, I write to apologize on behalf of myself and the many repentant Nigerians like me who ganged up against your government in 2012. Your government's policy to remove subsidy on the Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), popularly known as patrol was completely misconstrued by us. I was personally deceived by my overzealous comradely towards millions of Nigerians who had traveled to various locations at that time to spend Christmas with their loved ones. I was particularly concerned about NDIIGBO who traditionally returned home in droves during this period every year. Sir, like millions of Nigerians I worked for your victory at the polls in 2011, but I considered the untoward hardship the removal of subsidy on the 1st of January 2012 as insensitive. It was simply seen as going to inflict serious hardship on the millions who voted you to power; hence we arose against it.
Yes I did join the protest, but my dear Sir, I did not consider the long term positive effect it would have on the economy of our beloved nation at that particular moment. We joined forces with the NLC and the TUC, and alongside your political enemies we mobilized hundreds of thousands of people in protest across the nation.
I matched with my colleagues from my then abode in Aguda through Surulere (National Stadium), to Ojelegba, through Maryland, to Ojota where we met a marmot crowd. The police and all other law enforcement agents under your democratic leadership were very civil with us; we were never harassed or molested nor killed. In fact a certain overzealous police man who accidentally shot at a young man in Mushin area in Lagos during that protest was not only dismissed from service, but he was also prosecuted and jailed!
SIR, YOU ARE A GOOD EXAMPLE OF A DEMOCRATIC LEADER IN AFRICA!
There in Ojota, Pastor Tunde Bakare and Sheik Ahmad Abubakar Gumi and Seun Kuti, and many many others were there. Even my brother Okey Bakassi was there too! We sang and danced, we gyrated, we cooked and slept there in the open arena protected by the police, the civil defence, etc.
The next day we woke up matched on to Ikoyi and converged at Falamo bridge, where Ali Baba, Prof. Pat Utomi, and the rich men children were gathered - we had matched through YABA and IDUMOTA, chanting the resurrected songs of King Fela Anikulapo Kuti. We called you names like, the shameless shoeless one, the animal in human skin, innumerable and unprintable names!
Even when you came out in a nationwide broadcast and addressed the people as President and father of the nation explaining why you took that unpopular decision, urging the masses to understand and bear with you for a while, we said no way! We remained adamant! We booed you! We insulted you!
Mr. President Sir, please find it in your heart to forgive us. We did not know what we were doing then; but we understand better now. The same people who deceived us have turned around and increase the pump price through the back door, in the guise of subsidy removal. They have inflicted hardship on the Nigerian masses you love so much. You were not perfect, but you were a loving father to all of us, you were President and C-in-C to the North, South, West and the East, but we vilified and treated you with disrespect and ignominy.
Sir, the economy that flourished under your watch as President which positioned us as number one economy in Africa and one of 25 fastest growing economies in the world is now at its lowest ebb in just one year of misrule. In just one year of your exit Nigeria our beloved country has become a shadow of herself! The picture is so gloomy, inflation rate is so high! The masses cannot even put food on their tables, darkness everywhere, electricity generation is at all time very lowest - killings and maiming, evil looms; our nation Nigeria is under attack!
May be you could just say a word of prayer sir, "May Nigeria not erupt in flames and violence under the current draconian administration" - Sir I say that because there is so much hunger in the land, and as they say, a hungry man is an angry man! A HUNGRY PEOPLE NA CONFUSION!
Please find it in your heart to forgive and forget, for indeed we ganged up against you wrongly. We didn't know that we were doing wrong to our-own-selves. May God bless you with long life and good health.

The Borough Commander at Haringey, Chief Superintendent Victor Olisa, is leaving his post after three years and moving to become the Met's Strategic Lead for Diversity and Inclusion, as part of a reorganisation within the Metropolitan Police.

Victor will replace the Met's senior expert on diversity and inclusion, Denise Milani, who is now moving to concentrate fully on her new role as Director of Business Change.

Chief Superintendent Olisa said:
"It has been a tremendous three years for me in Haringey, a time that I have enjoyed immensely and during which I have had the good fortune to work with many extraordinary members of the community and partner agencies, and many brilliant officers and staff. We have achieved significant reductions in crime, seen confidence in the police increase and developed strong working relationship with many different communities and partner agencies. I shall miss working here greatly." 
"It's a great privilege to be appointed as the Met's new diversity lead and I'm looking forward to continuing Denise's work. We've come a long way but there's still more we can do to become a police service that's more diverse and inclusive."

CAF bans Chris Giwa, 4 others from football related actives in Africa for 5 years

Confederation of African Football, CAF, has banned Chris Giwa and four others from taking part in any Football related activity in the continent in the next 5 years. The ban comes after the NFF Disciplinary committee on May 12th placed a five-year ban on them.

Dear President, Following your previous correspondence dated May 16th and subsequent exchanges, CAF has well noted the decision of the NFF's Disciplinary Committee dated May 12th placing five(5) year ban from all football related activities for the following people.
1. Christopher Giwa
2. Muazu Suleyman
3. Yahaya Adama
4. Sani Fema
5. Johnson Effiong

Following receipt of the documentation and details on the case, CAF hereby confirms the extension of such sanctions at the continental level. Please accept, dear President, our most sincere regards.
